Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Start your next adventure at our home away from home in this picturesque 3-bedroom home in the subdivision of Chapel Hills. You’ll be greeted with a fresh and clean home with a large picture window in the living room. Our carefully designed vacation home is the quintessential “Game Tyme” getaway. Perfect for family fun, couples, and small groups of up to 8 guests.
The space
The House of Happiness is a place for you to relax, retreat, reset and revive yourself. It is a mini-retreat especially designed for a family, couple, small group, or you to come alone. Sit and relax and take some time for yourself. Do not want to go out? Our home has EVERYTHING you need, Keurig commercial coffee maker, tea, seasonings, and any cooking tools needed. Perfect for family game nights, movie nights, or intimate dinners. Immerse yourself in a deep tub soak using a bath pillow, and flameless candles, you can also connect your phone to the Bluetooth wine holder. There is also a hair and facial steamer in the bathroom. Along with a flat iron, curling iron, straightening comb, and blow dryer with a diffuser.

Private entry + 1,104 square feet of space in a quiet neighborhood ( Nothing is shared with anyone ). Codes will be provided upon booking.

Amazing!!

Our stay at this home was AMAZING!Toledo is home for me. We were in town for a family reunion. This home had EVERYTHING!! I had to cook food (side dishes) for 100 people everything I needed was in this kitchen. When the owner says she wants you to feel at home she means it. It was obvious that careful thought was put into every detail.There have been times where I may have forgotten hair styling tools and I have to go find stores that have the proper tools for my hairtype. This home had flat irons, curling irons, a blow dryer AND a hooded hair dryer that all work on ethnic hair.Let me tell yall about the games!! I have 3 boys. Two in their twenties and a teenager. Their cousins (that they had never met) came by. This home has so many ameneties for fun you would have thought they had grown up together!They played pool, air hockey, xbox, Playstation, Meta Quest (virtual reality)We didnt get to use it but the owner also provides a cotton candy machine, movie theater style popcorn machine, and a snowcone machine complete with all the supplies and flavoring!!Everyone wanted to hang out with us all weekend!!The beds and pillows were perfect. No neck or backaches, clean, fresh, white sheets. One bathroom for 5 people was a challenge. But it was clean and amply supplied. The owner provides all the clean towels, sheets you need. Overall this was a clean, colorful, inviting home that was well supplied with EVERYTHING! The owner was quick to respond to EVERY text se

Worst neighborhood!!! BEWARE

We arrived at the property and were completely shocked by the bars on all of the widows and doors in the neighborhood. The owners photo shopped the inside and outside of the home. We left immediately and got a hotel in Sylvania. I tried calling the owners several times, with no return call until 1am, when I was asleep at the hotel. I have a service dog (had the papers with me) and she is a shitzhu which is hypoallergenic. Regardless, the law states I am allowed to bring her anywhere. The law also states no one can refuse to rent anything because of having a service dog. The owners then sent a message at 3am stating we could not come back to the property, which wasn’t an issue since we did not feel safe staying at a home that needs voice activated security cameras and bars to keep you safe. The owners were then the most rude and disrespectful individuals I have ever encountered. Bottom line is…if you feel safe in this type of neighborhood feel free to rent this place. I personally would t have even let my dog stay there.
