Perfect stay right on the water

We had a short stay here and would love to come back for a longer trip. Perfect location with a beautiful sunset view over the lake. My boys would have loved fishing off of the docks but we just didn't have enough time! The host was very communicative.

All was nice and clean in condo, enjoyed the view very relaxing. Only thing wish balcony was cleaner and sprayed for insects had several spiders and dirty. But would recommend staying here.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the lake atmosphere. It was a great condo and was just as was the host stated. I plan to use the host again. I was impressed.

Tina is great! The location is amazing and the condo is beautiful!!! We will be back! The only con I have is that the electrical plugs need to be serviced as a lot of them do not work.

Great Lake Getaway!

We had a great time staying here for a three day weekend. The condo was so clean and fully stocked. The balcony views were amazing! Our son and his friends had a great time and loved the larger bedroom to spread out in. The boat slips to pull up in for a break were great! I would recommend this property for any occasion!

The ultimate birthday stay!

First, let me start by saying Tina is was a GREAT HOST!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious!! We loved the fact we were able to invite friends and have a small party without issue. We loved it so much we decided to come back next month and do it all over again lol!!

Captivating Views

My husband and I play a dating game with our dates. We plan our dates around an alphabet letter and then surprise each other with our plans. It was my turn to plan and I had the letter “C”. I rented this CONDO which has nice views of Lake CONROE. We enjoyed both a coffee and a CABERNET on the balcony. The CONDO had everything we needed, and we appreciated the early afternoon CHECKIN. The CONDO was perfect for our one night stay as we had planned a dinner CRUISE only walking distance away. The owner was prompt in answering questions and friendly. We would stay here again.

The Condo and view are Awesome. We had a wonderful stay. The host was prompt in answering any questions that we had. I would give all five stars if it weren't for the property. The property itself needs some work and cleaning. I couldn't use the elevator because it had a musty mold smell, and I'm allergic to mold.

Great condo, clean, accurate listing, honest review.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! My family stayed 4 nights and had chose this area with family in town due a wedding. The condo matched accurately to the listing. First, this is right on the lake so of course there are bugs in the balcony area and outside but it wasn't any more dirty than expected. The building itself could really use some tlc. The walls and stairwell was rough and the elevator slow and smelled. The condo in my opinion made up for it because it was obviously well kept, clean, fresh and spacious. The bathrooms were nice and we used the kitchen well stocked for cooking meals. The only issue we had was figuring out the electrical outlets reset switch. The beds were super comfy and we really liked the layout. Id definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area. The host was very responsive and nice too!

Good, but be aware…

I could say good things about this property, but there are too many nagging negatives. GOOD: 1) Mostly as advertised, but we won’t be back. NOT SO GOOD: 1) The porch is filthy, covered in spiderwebs, insects, and caked dirt. Basically not able to enjoy the porch as is. 2) The broader condo complex is run-down and in poor condition. Trashy, very few functioning outside lights, and in bad need of a cleanup. 3) it’s Texas and we have hot humid summers. The AC took 6 hours to cool 8 degrees, and the internal humidity was 83%. Not pleasant at all. 4) numerous outlets and light switches do not work, to the degree the owner has a sign on the microwave explaining how to get it working. 5) be aware the complex does not enforce night quiet hours. We had people making some moderate noise at 1:30am and again at 4:15pm. 6) be aware there is no where comfortable to really sit and relax. The couch is a hideaway bed and not comfortable at all. 7) we didn’t use the kitchen or any appliances, so can’t comment on them, but the hair dryer in the restroom near the kitchen does not work.

A short stay

The communication with the host was the best I have experienced! Although it was all handled thru VRBO messaging, responses were immediate. TERRIFIC VIEW! I could have stayed on the balcony the whole time. Gratefully, we were allowed to check-in a little early due to the event we were in town for. We ate at the Wave Restaurant next door. Good food/great service. The condo was clean and the furnishings were fine for our one night stay. The freezer and water dispenser needs cleaning. The mini-fridge in the master was a nice plus. The patio furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony itself did need cleaning. Lot of bugs/spiders on the stucco walls. What I did NOT find mentioned in the property description was that the unit was located on the 3rd floor. I specifically chose this location because a photo included led me to believe it was on the ground floor. The elevator was a nice plus. Parking was tight. Especially with events taking place at the restaurant. A lot of what has been mentioned in other reviews was true. It took a while for the a/c to reach a comfortable temp. It would be helpful for guests if the a/c could be adjusted prior to the guests arrival. We found the outlet situation to be ridiculous. Basically, the outlets that worked were the ones that were already in use.
