The property is right next to the Mirage wedding venue, you can also take a ride around Lake Conroe in the Southern Empress which is docked a few yards from the property. The condo can fit up to 6 people. Many amenities included!
Lounge on the porch with your morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful view toward Bird Island and the Light House.

Condo was very clean, host was great and organized, pool was closed so had to use the smaller pool a little further away. Had no luck catching any fish off the docks (used every bait possible). The only two things I wish the condo had was extra blankets (I slept on couch due to roommate being a snorer and had no blanket to cover up with) and Grilling utensils for the BBQ pit. There were no tongs or anything to grill our burgers. Other then those two things we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Host was wonderful!

Beautiful location off the lake, woke up happy every morning. There were no pool towels and walking around bare foot my feet got dirty quickly.

Julia is a great host!! The property was very clean and welcoming. Located on the 1st floor and literally a few yards from the lake. Will stay there again!!

Wedding stay

Overall impression wasn't good for the price we paid. The bedding was gross and dingy. The pillows had stains on them. The flooring had big cracks in the tile.

Good

We had trouble finding the unit as the unit numbers are impossible to see from the parking lot. Were able to get in easily once we did. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy, however some new pillows would go a long way to improve sleep comfort. No hand towels in bathrooms, only thread bare, mismatched bath towels and wash cloths (some new linens in the bathrooms would also be very nice, as would some toiletries). Unit was generally pretty clean but the tubs had jacuzzi jets (not sure if they work) that were kind of scummy, the spaces above the crown molding in the main areas were filled with cobwebs and debris, as was underneath the furniture, which I discovered when I dropped something underneath the sofa. View was beautiful. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. Parking was plentiful. Would definitely stay again with a few small upgrades/updates.

Love the sunsets and the scenery with the water and the lighthouse is beautiful.

It was such a lovely stay, with watching the boats all day, and different kinds of birds and ducks that would come by the dock. We watched the Southern Empress leave out on Sat. Eve. with a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. There were 3 elderly ladies in our group so the calm of this area was perfect.

Wonderful and clean property

I booked this condo as a birthday present for my husband so he could enjoy a bit of fishing by the lake and as a getaway for our family, we were very pleased with our stay, it is very clean and nice inside and host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again!

I wasn't too sure on the information on how to get the key,we thought the pool next door was the pool we could use, we had to spend $25.to use that pool, our airconditioner was out one day and half so last night was miserable.

Overall a very nice condo

Our other couple didn’t make it due to wallet being stolen before their flights flying flight. We went to the Wave for dinner and I had a great margarita and quesadillas. It was kind of dull on the north side of the lake. Nice view but too hot and too many bugs to enjoy the balcony. Maybe fall would be a better time to come but again the condo was very clean and nice.

Great little get away

Loved the view! Perfect quiet peaceful setting on the lake with beautiful view of lighthouse and paddleboat. Condo is great location area, easy access on ground floor, nice layout and decor. Beds, couch and patio furniture were all nice and comfortable. We’d recommend and would stay again.

WONDERFUL

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CONDO--LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE WHICH ALLOWED FOR A GREAT VIEW OF THE LAKE AND LIGHT HOUSE. WELL, EQUIPED WITH ALL YOUR NEEDS. Mostly good stay and fun time with my friends

This was a great location for a girls trip. We loved being right on the water and there was plenty of space for us to stay. We did feel some areas of the home needed some updating (the bathroom closest to the water and the bedroom closest to the entry). The showers also did not stay hot for very long. Overall, we had a fun stay, it could just use some updating.

Nice Stay!

This is my second time to stay here this year and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Condo is always neat and clean and more importantly, in this particular month, COLD! Had some other guests who were cooking outside after midnight but they were fairly quiet! We will stay there again!
