*** What You Need to Know ***
This is my home and the location is as good as it gets. You're located above the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble. Unlike other places advertising "ski-in / ski-out", there is no walking to or from the lifts! Simply step out the front door and put your skis on! If you're looking for the best place to spend time with family and friends, this is your place.

*** About Apex Residences ***
Apex Residences is the crown jewel of Canyons Village living. These magnificent residences are perched above the Village and the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble. One of the standout features of the Apex community is the clubhouse, which features a heated pool, hot tub, fitness room (free weights, weight machines, Peloton, treadmills, etc.), treatment / sauna / steam / yoga and stretching rooms and large TV room. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes or seeking a bit of pampering, this is the perfect spot.

*** Location, Location, Location ***
It's all about location when it comes to skiing. Your family and friends will appreciate true SKI-IN / SKI-OUT access. You literally step out the front door, put your skis on, then ski down to the Red Pine Gondola or Orange Bubble. Skiing back to the home via a groomed ski run takes you right to our front door. Guests always tell us how fantastic this is, especially with the kids (no lugging skis around). Also, coming home for lunch or to warm up in front of the fireplace is super easy. Ski-in and then ski-out after your break.

*** Our Home ***
At 3,200 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a great room, family room and three outdoor living spaces, our home provides ample space for your family and friends. It is one of only a few Apex residences that enjoy views to the east and west, and views from every bedroom.

The interior features high-end finishes, spacious living areas, and 21.5' floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the great room with spectacular sunrises and 180º views. Additionally, you’ll find nice touches like electronic shades, digital locks, and designer furnishings. This stunning home offers breathtaking views that are simply unparalleled, with equally unrivaled ski-in / ski-out access. Our home also offers the convenience of a private underground 2-car garage (1 available to you), ensuring your vehicle and toys are always safe and secure.

*** Home Layout ***
Our home is a luxury property. While the Pendry Hotel advertises luxury, you still have to walk to the lifts, you don't have your own garage, and no privacy. It’s a hotel vibe. At Apex Residences, you have your own private garage, private entry, 3 huge decks overlooking the mountains and Canyons Village (you are above the Gondola), private ski room for storing your ski equipment, a well stocked kitchen with high end appliances, and lots of room to spread out. There’s a picture in the photos (at the end) showing the home’s layout.

4 Bedrooms / 3 Decks / Views - This spacious home has 4 bedrooms (all king beds) each with its private bathroom plus a powder room on the main level. There are two large family rooms - one on the main level (great room) and another downstairs (many guests have their children stay downstairs to give the adults their own "world" upstairs). The ski room by the front door stores all your ski equipment and clothing. The room also includes a boot dryer to keep your boots and gloves dry and warm. Put your boots on in the comfort of the ski room and then adventure outside.

First floor - The lower level includes your own private garage and private entry. Once inside, you'll encounter a large bedroom, family room and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave and many small appliances (coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, slow cooker, etc.) The family room has a large screen TV, fireplace and large expansive deck (summer months), and full bathroom (tub & shower). Beyond the family room is the bedroom with a king size bed and access to the deck overlooking the Village and mountains. There is also a washer / dryer on this level.

Main level - The main level gives you direct access to the ski run. It includes a ski room, bedroom (king bed), private bathroom, powder room, kitchen, dining room, great room with fireplace and another huge deck (summer months). There is also a second set of washer & dryer appliances.

Upstairs - The master and junior master suites are upstairs. The master bathroom is large with a shower and a separate soaking tub. You also have your own smaller deck (summer months) that gives you a panoramic view over the Village and mountains. The junior master suite overlooks the ski run and mountains, and has a private bathroom.

*** Transportation Options ***
If you're looking for help in getting transportation, ski rentals, food delivery, etc., I have my own guy who is reliable, licensed, and insured. Most guests tell me that a rental car is unnecessary because of the free Canyons shuttle service, Uber and my guy. Contact me via the Contact Host link for more info on transportation options.

*** Quality ***
This home is our second home so we have high end furnishings, quality linens, and maintain it better than any "rental". There is nothing "cheap" about our home. From Subzero and Wolf appliances to Peacock Alley linens, your stay will be rewarded with the best.

*** Après Ski ***
When you're done skiing, the Canyons Village shops, restaurants, bars, Pendry Hotel, and ski rentals are just a 5 minute walk DOWN the hill. Transportation from my home to and around the Village is free courtesy of the shuttle.

We selectively rent our home out when we're not there. If you are looking for the best location in a high quality luxury home and are respectful of our home, this is the place for you.

Beautiful Home!!
An amazing property! Great communication with the property manager and owner. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and the owner has thoughtfully supplied spices and other conveniences. The location is wonderful with quite a few good restaurants in close proximity. Don’t miss the hot tub and pool at the Apex clubhouse (quick walk up the sidewalk.) We’ll be returning!

This townhome is AMAZING. Well appointed, spacious, super bright and airy, elegantly modern, with great ski access, and comfortable! It did not disappoint. Rebecca, the property manager, was amazing, informative, super communicative, easy to reach, and fast to respond. She even provides a whole booklet of info covering anything you may be interested in from grocery delivery, to massage, ski rental, bike rental, etc. Bob, the owner, was so kind, responsive, and also informative. They really want to take care of your total experience! You could not ask for a better team or place to stay for your visit to the Park City/Canyons area. I would recommend this unit and team over and over again. Our group consisted of 2 families of 4, and this unit was perfectly sized for the 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This property is even better in person!!! It’s is beautifully decorated, and very spacious for a large group. Rebecca the property manager is great to work with and made sure everything was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back in the winter!!

My family and I spend a significant part of the year in Park City tearing up the snow and hiking/biking the trails in the summer and fall. Like most people who move to Park City, we came for the skiing and stayed because of the 4 seasons it offers. When we're not there, we like to have guests enjoy what we love about the area. But, we are selective in who stays because it is our home and we take incredibly good care of it. We love to share it with those who respect for a host's home.

Location, location, location with unobstructed drop dead views. Our home is truly SKI-IN/SKI-OUT. Literally, you step out the front door and put your skis on. Same for coming home. The Apex amenities and Clubhouse are first class too. When you're on vacation, you want to relax in a beautiful, quiet setting. My home in Apex has it all for you and your family.

Other places advertise "ski-in / ski-out, but that is an exaggeration. You get real SKI-IN / SKI-OUT with our home. Plus, the home offers you true privacy - from your private garage, private entry and private decks (3 large decks). It's not your "churn and burn" type of rental. It's our home that we want you to enjoy when we're not there.
