The backyard is the showpiece: a private saltwater pool, raised 6-person spa, lounge seating, outdoor dining, BBQ, golf-course greens, water-feature views, and a mountain backdrop that changes beautifully throughout the day. It is an easy place to spend the whole afternoon, especially after golf, tennis, pickleball, or a morning exploring the valley.

Inside, the single-level villa is comfortable, bright, and practical for families, couples, golfers, remote workers, and longer stays.

Guests have access to the full villa, including the private pool/spa area, patio, laundry, garage, driveway, and main living spaces. We keep one kitchen cabinet, a few garage cabinets, and one supply closet reserved for owner and housekeeping supplies.

Desert Princess Country Club offers a true resort-community setting. Depending on current availability, rules, and guest fees, guests may be able to enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, dining, and community pools/spas in addition to the villa's private pool and spa. If a specific resort amenity is important to your trip, please ask before booking so we can help confirm the current details.

Practical details:
- Check-in 4 PM; check-out 10 AM
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
- No outdoor music at any time
- No parties, events, pets, smoking, or vaping
- Primary renter must be 25+
- Maximum 6 overnight guests
- Optional spa heating: $35/night or $175/week for stays over 28 days
- Optional pool + spa heating: $75/night or $375/week for stays over 28 days
- Please arrange pool/spa heating after booking
- Delivery Notice: Short-term guests do not have mailbox access. Items ordered online may be delivered by USPS and placed in parcel lockers that guests cannot access, so please avoid scheduling deliveries to the villa address during your stay
- A combined 13% Cathedral City TOT and Greater Palm Springs tourism assessment applies to short stays under 30 nights
