Luxury Pool Home in Gated Resort!

This luxurious home boasts 7 bedrooms, including a first-floor master & 2 upstairs rooms with ensuite bathroom, + loft area for ultimate relaxation. Each bedroom has a Smart TV ensuring everyone can unwind in their own personal oasis. The private& enclosed pool is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, with heating available for an additional $35/day . A covered eating area and child safety fence make the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone. Only 20 min to DISNEY! 45min-Universal.

The space
The professionally decorated home is fully stocked with cooking essentials, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking large meals. The gated and secure resort offers a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, game room, mini golf, lazy river, hammocks, volleyball and tennis courts, and a kids' water park. We also have plastic cups and plates (in addition to glassware) for the pool area. Please note that some amenities may have seasonal or repair-related availability changes. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, coffee, bath towels, and pool towel for every person. There are two high chairs, and two pack-n-plays at the home.

- 1 bedroom room (Mickey) with shared hallway bathroom (bunk bed - 1 full bed and 1 twin bed)
- 1 bedroom (starwars) with hallway bathroom (2 twin beds)

Guest access
The home is located in the sought after gated resort community of Windsor Island. There are essentially two living areas, both with a TV. The living area and the loft both have CABLE offered and smart TV apps (self login to your favorite apps). The pool is absolutely beautiful.

Other things to note
Please note the pull heating must be paid for the duration of your stay. All guests over 18 need an ID to enter the gated community. Exterior surveillance on the exterior of the home and front door.

The house was not clean when we arrived. Also, there were a lot of maintenance issues around the house. All cookware need to be updated. Need more towels for guest not one towel per week. Also pool towels need to be provided. No issues were addressed by on-call staff.

The home was okay. The pictures must be older as a lot of the areas need replacing and/or a deep cleaning. We had one issue and they did try to fix it but without success. The hosts response was prompt which was appreciated, however. Communication was good and the house was clean, just needs some attention to many areas that could be improved.

Thank you for a wonderful floor plan and a large space for our family to enjoy a week in Florida. Although there were a few issues with the home the host was quick to reply. This house is a great spot to reach both Orlando area and Tampa Bay with lots of eating places near. The resort pool was nice and the house had plenty of beach towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Vacation Weekend

Property is perfect for a large group with lots of extra space and rooms. Property and grounds are clean. Entering the community gets dicey due to the check in process but after your check in, it's a little easier. Community felt safe and had great amenities.

Family vacation

The home was nice and clean. The resort was lots of fun for both the adults and kids. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we encountered.

Great vacation spot

We vacation alot near Disney and this is a very nice resort still located closer to the Disney parks. The house was very nice and communication went really good. The pool heat took a few days to actually get up to a decent heat. A company came out to fix that process. The main issue we had was the people who were there before us didn't bag the trash and so the trash can was never emptied the entire stay and ended up getting really stinky.

Amazing beautiful home.

We stayed a week with our children, ages 6-26 plus our grand baby 8 months old. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. Everyone got their room, we even had a extra room. Kitchen is fully equipped for large meals. Pool was awesome kids really enjoyed it everyday. Access to the resort with a water park included with your stay was a plus . I will definitely stay here again. We already looking for a girls get away later on this year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Host was excellent.

The owner was quick to answer text work with me on everything I needed would stay and I am going to try to stay there again in a couple of weeks would say it’s a great place to stay
