Beautiful Home with Oceanview & Game Room

Spacious three bedroom, three bathroom vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the ocean. The home offers an open concept living space with two bedrooms on the main floor. Also, a full master bathroom and full hall bathroom are located on the main level. On the lower level, you'll find a third bedroom and a sitting area where you can enjoy a good book if you choose. In addition to the sitting area there is a game room featuring a ping pong table, wall mounted arcade game including Pac Man and a few other video games. A small multigame set (pool / air hockey table) and several board games are also available for use.

We offer off-street parking between our two driveways that will accommodate three vehicles.

Security Cameras located on the exterior of the property only.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large back deck. The view and sound of the ocean is sure to help you relax.

Just a very short walk gives access to Crescent Beach where you can relax, or if you're feeling adventurous, take our kayaks out to explore the water and nearby islands.

The VRBO pictures were very accurate. Just a very bright and cheery interior and very well kept landscaping. Very clean and inviting. I would say cleanest, best kept up rental that we have ever reserved. Nice owners note on area attractions and restaurants. We had a great time visiting Maine seaports and lighthouses. Several were a few minutes away. Great vaca started with great rental home. Thank you Kathy!

Coastal Maine Vacation

The home was beautiful with plenty of space for four adults and a 14 month old. We only stayed a couple days as we were moving along the coast, only wish we would have had a longer stay at the Owls Head property to enjoy all it had to offer.

lovely and family-friendly

A spacious and well-provisioned cottage just above the sea, much bigger on the inside than you'd expect, with a very kid friendly basement (ping pong and pool) and a very adult-friendly deck looking out toward the beach and sea.

Easter with Family

This house is about 5 minutes from my daughter and her little family. This place fit our 5 people to sleep along with my daughter and her family came to visit. This house has beautiful views. My husband and son love the game room. I look forward to coming back to this house.

Our Stay at SEAsonal Serenity Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was exactly as it was represented in the pictures on the VRBO page, but even better! It was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts anticipated any need we could have, and provided all the little things that make a place feel like home. All the kitchen necessities were provided, along with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. We thought that the hosts had clearly put a lot of thought and attention to meeting the needs of their visitors. We were very impressed and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and homey base while exploring coastal Maine!

Maine visit for fall foliage

Our group came to Maine for the first time to see the beautiful fall leaves, enjoy the weather and just relax. The hosts were fantastic and checked in with us throughout the trip. The home was a perfect location for us to hit all the spots we were aiming for and the house was very clean and immaculate. We would definitely come back and stay again. Perfect weekend getaway

We were in town for a wedding in the area. I wanted a place large enough for 6 adults, and this home met all our needs. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Athough we werent able to take advantage of the ocean, they offer many amenities to enjoy it.

Great way to spend your birthday

The home was exactly as shown online. It was so nice and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and entire house was well equipped for your every need. It was wonderful sitting outside on the deck each morning sipping my coffee and looking at the ocean. Wonderful stay

Amazing Stay at the SEAsonal Serenity Cottage

This house was fantastic! It had everything we could need to enjoy our stay: full kitchen, propane grill, plenty of space for 5 guests, beach chairs, and kayaks for the beach within walking distance. This house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The basement had a bunch of great games for kids including an Xbox, board games, ping-pong table, and a Pac-Man machine. The owners were also great about communication.

Beautiful Stay in a Beautiful Home

Kathy and Ivan maintain their property so well! Everything was spotless, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. My friends and I could not have asked for a better stay. The house is a perfect spot for activities in the local area such as Rockland, as well as a good spot to make day trips to other popular towns such as Portland and Bar Harbor. The house had amazing amenities like kayaks for a trip out on the water, as well as plenty of games for a rainy day. The kitchen was also a fantastic addition to our stay, as we were able to cook and grill for most of our meals with ease. Between the location, the kind neighborhood, and beautiful home, we would definitely all recommend Kathy and Ivan’s place and consider returning. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We appreciate that you are considering a stay at our home and would like to tell you a little about us. We currently reside in Pennsylvania. Ivan is originally from Saco, Maine and found himself in Pennsylvania for work some years ago which is where he and Kathy met. Kathy fell in love with the state of Maine on her first visit almost 30 years ago. We would visit a few times a year to see family in Southern Maine. Several years ago, we decided that when we retire, we’d like to spend the spring through fall in Maine. While on vacation in the state the summer of 2021 we both really had a strong calling to start making that dream a reality.
So, our search for the perfect house began. Since we both love the Mid-Coast that is where we focused. We really wanted a house close to the water. We were fortunate enough to find the perfect home for our family and made settlement the end of 2021.
We hope you enjoy our home and love the area as much as we do!

Our property has been listed since February 2022 with great reviews. But that listing was through our former property manager. We have decided to manage all of our own bookings going forward.
