Stroll along the bay, walk to the adorable Asbury shopping and restaurant area, or catch the most beautiful sunrise at North Beach. You can sunbathe on the front patio or extend the motorized awning and enjoy a book from the cozy loveseat. Make sure you wake up early to walk to Brown's at the start of the boardwalk for the best hot, fresh donuts! The gourmet kitchen is perfect for making dinner or spreading out your takeout before retiring to the patio to catch sunset from one of the rocking chairs. If you don't head to the boardwalk for fun, rides, and games, or to Atlantic City for live music and great restaurants, or to the Deauville Inn for a lively, local scene, you can get cozy on the most comfortable sofa for a movie. And, if you get tired of the beach during the day, you can draw the room-darkening shades to do some binge tv watching.

Welcome to 13 North! Growing up, my grandparents had a home at North and Wesley. We would go to the North Street playground, adventure on old school rafts in the ocean, and try to land the ring on the carousel at Gillians'. As a teenager, I "walked the boards" with my friends and then as a mom, I shared the same experiences with my kids, and hope to share the same with my grandkids one day.
With sons at the University of Miami and University of Colorado, and a daughter still in high school in Pennsylvania, this is our landing spot for the times we can all be together. We hope you love the little sanctuary we have created and create some memories here with friends and family, too.

The Gardens section is special to us with its unique lots and quieter location, with just a short walk or bike ride to the boardwalk or shops or restaurants when we want them. Built in 1976, it still holds some of the older Ocean City Gardens character, but with the modern conveniences. The home has been updated with all new kitchen cabinets, counters, and appliances perfect for those who like to cook. The floors, hot water heater, and washer and dryer are all new. The home has been freshly painted and the bathrooms are also newer. The siding and roofing are also new.
