Upon entry, you'll be met with a cozy atmosphere throughout the living space. It includes a kitchenette, bedroom, office, and living areas. Plush furniture and two TVs are available for nights just kicking back and watching movies, while a desk, chair, and printer are provided as a dedicated workspace. Create beach picnic snacks in the well-appointed kitchenette, equipped with a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, cook-top and coffee maker. Get a comfortable night's rest in the private bedroom's soft bed. WiFi TVs, including Roku, YouTubeTV, and Spectrum TV, are provided for home entertainment.



Things to Know
The Oceanfront Litchfield Inn & Condos has been recently renovated. This includes pool areas, a new outdoor pool bar featuring live music and two new on-site restaurants. Guests also have access to our sister resort next door, Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort's amenities including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna, and Workout Equipment are inside the Health Club. Bike rentals are available at the Health Club and Bike Depot, located at the Summerhouse Pool.
Food & Beverage Options - We offer an array of new on-site food & beverage options such as Tides Pool Bar, Tides Beach Bar and Tide to Table upscale dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
