Stunning South End 1st floor with incredible views.


Convenient location to beach, a mere 7 minute walk to the ocean and striking views of the bay the from a very private deck. As you enter the serene bamboo floor great room, you immediately feel a sense of calm. A number of local culinary eateries within a few blocks of the house, provide much needed free time.
Just off island to the south are great restaurants, a short 5 to 10 min drive to Strathmere or Sea Isle City (list provided in the information packet).

For the chef in you, a spacious generously appointed kitchen, complete with a stocked spice drawer. A gas grill on the expansive deck is yet another area to entertain and relax. Beautiful views looking out to bird sanctuary while you drink your morning coffee at sunrise, or watch while the sun paints the sky hues of gold over cocktails at sunset.

Stay seamlessly connect with Comcast Xfinity wifi and cable TV in the spacious living area. Additional TV's equipped with Roku in two of the 4 bedrooms. Dive into beach side activities with various beach toys, boogie boards and a kayak. For exploring the island further, a beach cruiser bike and several 10 speed bicycles, including helmets. For your comfort, beach chairs, umbrella with sand stake and 4 Beach tags are provided. Corson's Inlet State Park is a treasure for those that like to walk on the beach. Out to the south point and back is about 3 miles. The enclosed outside shower is a great place to rinse off after a day on the beach.

Golf carts are available for weekly rentals from a third party company. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use.

* Guests will supply their own linens and bath/kitchen towels, or rent from a local linen service. Such as ocnjshoreservices.com, relaxconcierge.com or sjlinens.com. Optional in-house linen service for an additional fee. All beds have bedspreads or comforters and pillows (mattresses and pillows have Allerease Protectors)
*Beach towels are supplied, and must be washed if used.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, with plenty of room for our family of 5. The covered back porch is wonderful and we spent many a morning and evening sitting out there. Kitchen was well stocked and my kids had a great time using the bikes and boards on the beach. Host was responsive to questions and checking to make sure everything was good. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect House

This is the perfect house! We loved the back deck, the kitchen was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was also an easy walk to the beach, and the house had a ton of great beach equipment like a beach wagon. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house

Beautiful home and what a great location. So peaceful sitting on the spacious deck overlooking the marsh while enjoying our morning coffee or relaxing with a gorgeous sunset. It was also a great open and safe space for our toddlers to play. A clean, well stocked home with many amenities. The beach chairs, towels and kayak were much appreciated. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Family Vacation

The property is absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious and the outdoor deck is great to sit out and watch the sun rise and sun set. It is also big enough to let the kids play out there and they loved watching the birds flying all around. The place was clean and we loved the openness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. If we decide to go back we will definitely book this again. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious relaxing place to stay.

Peaceful and gorgeous place!

We had a wonderful stay here - the views are such a knockout, and the house is so comfortable and well appointed. The owners have provided so many things that one doesn’t usually find in a shire rental in OCNJ, like great beach towels, chairs, bikes, and even a kayak! We have been coming to OCNJ for decades and have never stayed at the deep south end before and it was so lovely and quiet, but with lots of great food options within just a few blocks. We had such a fun time and can’t wait to return. I also want to mention that the owner is so friendly and responsive - she was a real pleasure to deal with.

Beach and Bay

Beautiful property, nicely stocked with essentials and extras that made our stay very enjoyable. Easy walk to the beach with sandwich/salads, seafood and ice cream shops along the way. Deck overlooked the lovely marsh/inlets and allowed for bird observation- especially the osprey families nesting there.

Lovely Vacation Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home by the Bay. I especially enjoyed sitting on the backporch looking out over the marsh. We were also grateful for the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, bikes, beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Even with the airconditioner, I found the master bedroom was still a bit humid. A ceiling fan might help to circulate the air better. The matress was also a little bit challenging, including the plastic cover. The condition of the hallway bathroom also did not quite measure up to the rest of the home. But, in all, I would not hesitate to return again.

Ocean City Family Vacation

Robyn was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. The house was clean and located in a quiet area of Ocean City. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor back deck was a great spot for relaxing and watching the birds in the marsh. House is just a few short blocks to the beach.

Great location!

Great location for us! Far from the hustle of town. But enough food and ice cream options within walking distance. Easy walk to the beach. Great bike riding and kayaking access. Mark and Robyn have everything you need for a day on the beach so packing was easy. The house itself is spacious. We traveled this week with my parents and adult daughter. The layout gave everyone room to spread out. The back porch was a favorite gathering space morning and evening. Would absolutely rate this ten out of ten! Instructions were easy. Sometimes I feel like I should deep clean and pick up the mail before I leave a rental. Robyn gave great instructions that were clear and very easy. Take the garbage out and lock the door. It felt like a real vacation!

Perfect House & Location

I was born and raised an OC local and now I return to vacation with my husband and daughter every summer. This was the best stay we have ever had. The views are stunning and almost feel private due to the location. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and open enough to have friends stop by for dinner. We love the south end so we were in walking distance to our favorite spots. This house is a hidden gem. Please book if you have the opportunity! You will not regret it.

Location!

We had a marvelous stay in OC, the property was spotless and walking distance to the beach and lovely views of the marsh. There is everything you need to cook or BBQ and lots of options for dining out or grabbing a quick bite to bring back (sticky buns from Mallon's a must). We really loved walking at Corson's Inlet State Park which is only a few minutes drive--in the evening we hit the boardwalk and kids enjoyed the rides. It was hard to leave!

Wonderful Beach House

Robyn was an excellent host! She was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. The house has a lovely, expansive view of the wetlands and was spacious enough for five adults and two toddlers. We did notice that some parts of the house weren't the cleanest, and there was a definite musty smell throughout the house (which I understand can be challenging to manage in a humid climate next to a marsh). The primary bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom are really nice, and overall, this was a great house for a beach vacation! We loved that we could walk to the beach and numerous eateries.

The place is AMAZING! It feels like a home away from home with an exceptionally backyard (beautiful view of the bay). The place was very clean and was perfect for me and my family, providing a great place to relax and reset after long beach days. The hosts are very friendly and super accommodating. We’ll be back next year!

Rent our beautiful summer get away, and you will not want to leave. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado there is still a draw to the ocean, so here is where we escape to. We have always used this home for personal use with family and friends.

Our family has enjoyed this home for 3 generations and now want to share it with you. From bike riding to surfing, paddle boarding to bird watching, there's never a dull moment.

Privacy in the quiet end of town with the option of heading to the beach for the day, or sitting on the deck overlooking bird sanctuary. Plenty of good restaurants within minutes of home, Strathmere and Sea Isle City.
