Enjoy a meal around the farmhouse table, roast a s'more in the firepit, or venture out to explore wineries, cafes, boat rentals, outlet malls, & more!

Yes, dogs are welcome at Spacious Superior! 🐶 ($75 pet fee applies)
--One small to medium, potty-trained dog allowed (no puppies)
--Must be crated if left alone & kept off furniture
--Must be leashed outdoors
--Guests must clean up after pets indoors & outdoors


⚠️ Safety, Accessibility Notes & House Rules
--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Historic home → steep stairs inside & at the front entrance. Not ideal for non–able-bodied guests. Use handrails & take care on steps.
--The upstairs back bedroom has a floating floor; may feel soft/squeaky but is structurally sound (normal for a 100+ year-old home).
--Ring camera at front door
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet ($300 fee applies).

Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit hold is required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
