About this space
12 MM Lake Views + Deck + Indoor& Outdoor Pool + Hot Tub!!!

Make yourself at home! This condo boasts new furnishings, and there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent! This condo is located in a very popular complex on Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach. Guests enjoy access to a lakefront pool, clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, playground, tennis court, basketball court and private boat launch.

The space
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen has been beautiful updated , a large breakfast bar with 3 barstools. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and a Keurig coffee maker!

Living Room
The living room features a chase style couch, cozy rocking chair, a flat screen smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Bedroom
The bedroom features 2 queen-sized bed, nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space and a pack n play for the littles if needed.


Bathroom
The bathroom is also newly updated and features a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Outside
This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex. There are also no steps from the parking lot to the unit! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent!

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well. Please look for the binder in the condo for a list of things to do.
Guest access
Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 11:00 am on the day of check out.

Great condo on the lake!

Overall, very nice and clean condo on the lake!Everything as described! The host was easy to deal with, and we loved the little touches like snacks and extra toothbrushes! Condo is very close to outdoor and indoor pool and the terrace has great view! Definitely will stay here again and will recommend to others!

Weekend get away

The condo was perfect for us. Great loacation on HH. Tennis courts available and close to the walkway. Convenience store just down the street that has everything you need including breakfast and pizza-to-go. The pool is a very short walk from the condo and overlooks the water. A great place to relax for the weekend!

Lake trip for Dad

Super cute unit! Very clean and has everything you need. Lovely view of the lake. No stairs and a walk-in shower made it perfect for my 80 year dad. I'll keep this unit on my lake list.

Nice house. Rude host

The house was cute and in a good area. Close to plenty of things to do. There was absolutely 0 communication from the host until she wanted to charge an extra cleaning fee for a dime sized spot on a blanket that would have come of with just some water. The washer reeked of rotten eggs and made our cloths stink
