Short walk to the kayak entrance of Assawoman canal. Lounge & relax on the new composite wraparound deck and rinse off in the new outside rain shower. Walk to the putt putt golf fun spot. Relax by the fire pit. Bikes/beach chairs included.

Very nice overall, and easy to get to the beach. Clean except for some food leftover in the microwave, probably from the previous visitor. Only other concern was that two of the three beds were quite high and maybe not suitable for younger kids (bottom bunk bed was fine for a younger kid though).

Nice vacation house

We had a great time staying here. The house has everything you need. Very clean. The location is great, few minutes driving to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely place

Very nice comfortable house. Clean and newly renovated. The owners really care about the house and the guests. Had everything we needed, including chairs for the beach. We enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. My family had a great time and I really recommend it.

Very nice home

Home is as described. It met our expectations and was nice to have everything we needed including linens and towels. There are bikes, but we brought our own. My kids loved the outdoor shower. A very comfortable space for our family of 4. We would stay again!

Bethany Beach getaway

Very nice three bedroom property in a quiet resort area less than 1.5 miles from the beach. Hosts left the house well stocked with all the necessities and then some. We chose to bike to the beach (less than 5 minutes by bike) using the bikes provided by our hosts, and were pleased to find that almost everything we needed was accessible by walking or biking. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive with any questions we had about the property. We were very happy with our stay.

Great Centralized Location

Our house exceeded our expectations! We have never stayed somewhere that had everything we needed! Tons of kitchen supplies, lots of beach towels and everything needed for the beach! All kinds of toiletries to choose from and everything else you can think of! We love the outside shower, the fire pit, grill, a full pantry, washer/dryers; the hosts really thought of everything!! So much better than any hotel!! We literally only needed our clothes!!

Awesome Stay

Stayed at this rental for Labor Day weekend with my family. The house was amazing, it was clean the beds were super comfortable, the only thing that was a little annoying was the squeaking of the bunk bed every time you move. Other than that, everything was great. we used the bikes that were available to bike to the beach and the shower outside was amazing! the bike ride to beach is about 10-15 min and walking is like 40 min, driving 5 min. I recommend staying here!

Good location

We stayed at the house over 4th of July weekend with my three small children. The layout of the house is great and it’s a short bike or drive to the beach. We mostly drove because of the toddlers. It was very hot and humid and house AC couldn’t really keep up. Even with fans on upstairs it was unbearably hot at night for sleeping. The owners were extremely responsive, apologetic, and rectified the situation as best they could so I would recommend these owners again, but I would check first on how well AC works at a rental house before staying somewhere during a heat wave!

Beach Trip

Upon entering the house it seemed as if it was double booked because there were so many personal items left out such as used toiletries, a basket full of dog items, toothbrushes in the bathroom etc. Both the refrigerator and the freezer were full of food to the point that there was not much room for our purchased food. I immediately reached out to the owner to be informed that it was all their stuff. My advice to the owners is to have an owners closet, no one wants to see your personal items laying around the house and clear out the fridge. Also there were no lamps in the living room or upstairs master bedroom. The AC is not very effective upstairs. The house is in a good location and there were plenty of towels. Overall the condition of the interior of the house made my impression more negative than positive.

Nice Gem

This was our first trip to Bethany Beach. It was absolutely wonderful! I love this little quaint beach town! The house is perfectly lovely and has absolutely everything you need. Outdoor shower is a great asset for helping to keep the house clean. I absolutely loved everything about this stay including the price. Rentals are very difficult to find in Bethany Beach. This home is an easy five minute drive to the beach. Beach parking was relatively pretty simple but we were out by 1030a. I gave my review an overall score of 4 because the beds in this place are TERRIBLE. This is my only complaint. I am 58 and single so I slept on the double bunk. SO FREAKIN noisy. Any movement at all makes the bed squeak. this bed is just for children only. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow. The upstairs bed in the master is not well supported and the mattress fell through the very high 4 poster frame. Granted my daughter-in-law is large and pregnant, but there should be some type of better support system for this thing than a mattress on a couple of slats. It was Easily fixed. It would never stand up to a night of fun for a husband and wife. The other bed upstairs, my daughter-in-law slept in with my grandson (By the bathroom). She said the mattress was too hard (That would be right up my alley), but I was trying to keep them together as a family and I am the early riser. I would suggest that you Move the bunkbeds upstairs. Keep the downstairs Bedroom for the early rising adults.

Quiet, Convenient and Safe. Enjoy sea breezes and breakfast in the morning on the deck while sipping coffee in the sun. We love the quick access to the bike-friendly roads and the riding/walking trail along the Assawoman canal trail nearby. Wawa about 1/2 mile from neighborhood entrance.

Modern 2 story home design with lots of wood accents but recently updated to reflect a clean/ modern look including tasteful updates like a brand new kitchen with granite counter top , remodeled bathrooms and wrap-a-round deck. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenience nearby. Beach/Shopping/Restaurants are all only a few minutes away.
