Situado en Betania Bay, este 1100 pies cuadrados de un solo nivel condominio primer piso con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos y de una espectacular vista de la bahía, tiene fácil acceso a la playa de Bethany y la recreación en todas las direcciones.

El condominio está equipado con lavadora, secadora, televisión por cable y reproductor de DVD y está a sólo minutos de distancia del océano en Bethany Beach. Good location. Interior could use a refresh.

Overall, had a nice stay. Location was great. We were comfortable, but not the cleanest in the corners and some of the furniture was underwhelming.

Beautiful home and great location!

This home was perfect for our family of four and our pet! The unit was exactly as described, clean and even had a lovely view of the water, so we could look out from the living room and the screened in porch to see the boats go by on the water. Walking distance to the lovely community pool was an added bonus. The proximity to local food and grocery was excellent and the ocean was an easy drive down 26. The owner was quick to respond to questions during the rental process and after. Highly recommend!!

A week at the beach to visit friends and celebrate the 4th

The community is beautiful. It is on the shores of the bay and there are nice areas to walk all around. Everyone was super friendly and there is a lot to do with the golf, pool and tennis right there. Plus Cynthia had everything you need to enjoy the area like fishing rods and beach chairs. We enjoyed taking the dog on morning walks and over to James Farm for trail walks and swims. The condo is thoughtfully decorated in a beach theme and the master bedroom and bath are lovely. You have everything you need to cook, but we didn’t since there are so many good restaurants near by. I hope to visit again in the fall when the area is less hectic, It was really busy on the holiday week.

Excellent property

Almost everything about the property was perfect. Clean, good location, wonderful pool. The only thing I would recommend is that the seating in the living room around the TV be replaced. It was very written out and uncomfortable - I got a back ache sitting on it. Otherwise it was as advertised and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

We enjoyed our first VRBO stay in Cynthia’s condo. It was just the right place with no steps. Our dog niece loved walking around the neighborhood and making friends. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great beach condo

We loved our stay. Clean and spacious. Plenty of pots and and to cook. The beach decor in every room was a nice touch. Pool was fantastic, plenty of chairs. Great biking riding. Awesome to be on the ground floor. Easy in and out. Beaches not far.and again we loved all the beach decor.

Overall had a good stay at this property! Cynthia is very responsive, we had a shower curtain mishap which she had fixed the next day! Our dog got sick a few days in and she was so sweet in recommending local vets we could call and even checked in to see how he was doing! Condo is within walking distance to the pool which we really enjoyed and the community is safe and kid/dog friendly!

Property Manager very responsive. 1st Floor Unit, within short walking distance to 9 hole par 3 Golf Course, Bay & pool. Took lots of Bike rides on Country roads, seeing many deer. So happy our Dogs could join us. :)

Nice quiet area

Great location to explore the area from, we enjoyed biking the area from the condo. Easy communication with owner, property was clean and perfect size. Especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Most probably don’t but we like to cook on on vacation and the kitchen supplies could use some upgrading (pots, pans, etc), some have definitely seen better days . Overall it was a great week!

Pet and people friendly

Cute, clean 1st Floor Condo. Cynthia was very responsive in a timely manner. Very Dog Friendly, Family oriented Community. On-Site 3 par challenging Golf Course, pool, hot tub, hiking & walking trails. My entire Family is looking forward to returning.

Very nice condo, very friendly owner!

The condo itself was a very nice and spacious size for myself, my husband, 8 year older son, dog, and mother in law. I can honestly say it was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in, so that was impressive. The beds are super comfy and all amenities provided to cook and enjoy your stay. The condo development also had a lot of nice areas to walk our dog as well as a small area for her to enjoy a little bit of sand and the bay water. The community pool was also very nice and relaxing. The owner Cynthia is amazing. We had a small issue with the noise volume coming from the rental above. I contacted her and the issue was resolved within a few hours. She is highly responsive and did whatever she could to make our vacation as best as possible. Highly recommend staying here!

Great weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed here for Memorial Day holiday. Clean and nice place: It was nice to sit outside on porch every morning with coffee with the bay right there. We also enjoyed walking the nature trail. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect little spot!

The two of us and our two dogs couldn’t have been happier! The quiet local with a pool was just what we wanted. The beach was a short drive and parking wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed the early morning sunlight on the screened in patio with coffee and fresh baked pastries from Morning Buns. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed walking our pups around the property. I’m addition, the owner was more than helpful and very responsive. We found our little slice of heaven!

Wonderful host and very pet friendly!

Overall it was a wonderful stay. We had loud noises and disturbance from a party going on in the unit upstairs the first night and thankfully it was a one time thing. The rest of the stay was quiet and relaxing. Throughout the whole stay, Cynthia was very responsive and she checked in with us to make sure the noise and disturbance did not recur. The neighborhood is extremely pet friendly and we enjoy going to the state park beaches (20-30 mins drive away) which allow dogs with our pup.

Nice place to get away

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying the week at Bethany Bay. The community has plenty of areas to walk along the 9 hole golf course. The pool was open after 12 for families. The morning time is reserved for senior citizens due to COVID. The beach was about a 10 min drive and parking wasn’t too bad. We were happy we could take our family dog with us on this vacation. Overall it was a good trip where we could relax and enjoy the views!

Perfect Life at the Beach

My family of four stayed at this property with our little dog and loved it! We enjoyed using the pool everyday and taking walks with the dog around the development. The bay views of the water and various boats are stunning! The condo was quiet, clean and easy to relax in. We cooked a few meals and were able to use the pots etc provided. The beach decor in the condo was fabulous! Food stores, beach, and local restaurants are a short drive away. The owner was very nice and overall we had a 10/10 experience! We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

Being a military family during the pandemic required us to be choosy about a vacation this year. We were very happy to stay in Bethany Bay, away from the crowds. The house and community were clean and quiet. It was easy to get food and entertainment. Would stay again. Thank you.
