Beautiful Ocean Block 1 Bedroom, 2 Full bathrooms Condo in North Ocean City, on 127th St.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the north part of town.

Just a short 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, or 5 minutes walk to the Northside Park where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, kayaking, paddle-boarding or fishing at the Bay with live music and fireworks during the summer.

Rules:
****Bring your own LINENS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, and TOILETRIES****
Max Occupancy 4 people
NO pets (will make exceptions on a case by case basis and additional pet fee)
NO smoking
2 night minimum stay, weekly rentals preferred and will get a discount.

About the Condo:

Bedroom: Queen Size bed with 6 pillows. 32" Smart TV. Full bathroom with a bathtub.

Living room: Day Bed with 2 Twin size mattresses that become a King Size bed when open, functions as a sofa. 42" Smart TV. 2 Lounge chairs with foot rest. A foldable dining table with 4 foldable chairs. Full bathroom with a bathtub.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with anything you need for all of your culinary creations. Keurig single pot coffee maker, microwave, blender, a complete set of pots and pans, and more.

Utility Closet 1: A set of 2 chairs and table for outdoor seating at the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a slight view of the Bay. 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas

Utility Closet 2: Stackable Washer and Dryer.

Internet: High speed internet only, no cable or satellite tv. To enjoy your favorite shows, you must connect to your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, etc).

***Note: Unit is located on the 3rd floor. Building does not have an elevator.***

We had a great time on a beautiful beach weekend in North Ocean City near 127th street, beach side of main road. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Keurig coffee maker, all cooking utensils you need. 3 min walk to the beach, walking distance to bagels, grocery and crab house (Higgins). Beach chairs and umbrella. Two passes for parking out front. All much appreciated! Mariana very helpful and responsive.

I really enjoyed my stay. The host is very detail oriented which makes for a great relaxing stay. I liked the lighting, the door lock combo system, the bed was comfortable, nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, good appliances. The condo is also very well located close to the beach. I would book again in the future.

The property was incredibly clean and check in was very smooth. The property managers were very easy to connect with and even reached out after they had rented to give us a chance to change our reservation if we wanted given that things had changed slightly. However, the renovations were beautiful and we had a wonderful trip!

Beach Retreat

The condo has a calming clean vibe with walking distance to the beach and other attractions. No unobstructed view of the sunset or sunrise. But walking distance to the beach to see sunrise.

This is hands-down the CLEANEST place we’ve ever stayed in OCMD. Everything was thoughtfully put together and exactly as described. The location is a 3-minute walk to the beach and another short walk to Uber Bagels, Sunsations, Sugar Planet, and my daughter’s top pick: Dippin’ Dots. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Great location

So clean! I've stayed in many ocean dive properties in Ocean City and this was the cleanest. Great use of the space and cozy. The park is across the street and we got to see fireworks over the bay with an easy walk back. With the provided amenities Beach use was very easy. Great place!

Accurate listing

Listing is accurate. We appreciated the reminder from the owner that there were no linens included. There were some small kitchen towels but nothing else. Beach chairs were so convenient. A/C took a bit to get right, meaning if you want it to turn off when it hits a temp, we needed to have it on power-saving mode.

Adorable little spot at the beach!

A sweet little condo for a beach getaway in Ocean City. It is small but it is decorated so well and was super clean. The unit is stocked with every thoughtful thing you can think of for a stay at the beach - chairs, umbrellas etc. Easy walk to the beach!

Perfect OC Getaway!

This little condo was perfect for our mid-week OC getaway! With four of us, having two sleeping areas (the pull out king bed worked great!) and two bathrooms was amazing. The fold out table worked great for dinner and games and was easy to fold way for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for cooking in one night. The location was perfect - just a little out of the main drag of OC, but still close to stores for any shopping needs, and great restaurants including Ledo's Pizza right across the road! It was so awesome having just a short walk to the beach, which was less crowded that the main beach by the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the timely and detailed communication with our hosts. Highly reccommend!!

Beautiful Flexible Space

My husband, myself, my sister, and my niece all stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The space is set up perfectly to be flexible. We were able to easily turn the living room into a bedroom for my sister and niece and then convert it back into a dining area for meals. The space was clean and well decorated and just steps from the beach. It is a great price, great location, and great space.

Awesome weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at Mariana’s place. The condo was very clean, had a great set up and all of the essentials. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome gift and beach supplies available for use. Also, the location is great; just a short walk to the beach and a quick walk to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

OC 2023!

Overall, the stay was VERY pleasant. Right across from Uber Bagels for a morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. A less than 5 min walk to the beach made the stay very enjoyable. The unit was more than clean and has two full bathrooms which was essential. I would definitely recommend and book again. There was no issues getting into the unit. Only thing is, it’s on the third floor. Some might not like, but we had no issue as it was a nice view of the sunset! A huge thank you to the hosts for making the process seamless!

A nice place

The picture doesn’t fully give this property it’s full credit that it deserve. When we pulled up to property we were like ok we will make the best of it. But when we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised how nicely decorated and clean it was. It was nice to be out all day and then come back to our home away from home. It’s in a good location and it’s quite. If you’re going to stay in Ocean City I would recommend staying here, better than a hotel stay.

Clean and close to everything

This property is near so many things it will make you forget about going to the boardwalk. Very close to plenty of food and entertainment places. The host is very communicative and will answer you fast when having a question. I will be returning again

We are Mariana & Claudia, we bought this condo in July 2020, primarily for our use since we fell in love with Ocean City since the first time we visited in 2018 and actually stayed in the same building we were able to buy. This is our first vacation rental property, and hopefully the first of many.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We LOVE the location of our property (Ocean Block), it's 2-3 minutes walking distance to the beach, and there's no need to cross a major intersection :) It's on the north part of town which we love because it's not as busy and loud as Downtown. The walks on the Northside Park are a daily routine, and who are we kidding, the food within walking distance is amazing, Uber Bagels and Pit and Pub right across the street, Tailchasers Restaurant only 8 minutes walking, can't get any better than that (at least for us).

2 bathrooms for a 4 person condo is by far the most comfortable feature.
