Welcome to Parkview Cottage! A cozy, walkable retreat with a charming front porch and peaceful park views. Just steps to Youngstown’s shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, and the free shuttle to Niagara Falls. We are located a 10 minute leisurely walk from Fort Niagara State Park and a short 20 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park.

Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch as children play at the park and the sun sets over the river. This updated 1855 home blends historic charm with modern comfort and features two comfortable queen bedrooms, with blackout shades in both.

There is a private apartment attached to the rear of the cottage. You may be sharing a wall with a neighboring guest during your stay. There is a shared laundry room located in the basement that is accessible from an exterior door and a community fire pit/grill space outdoors. All interior unit spaces are private and not shared.

Parkview Cottage guests do have exclusive use of the front porch area.

This is a smoke-free property! Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.

Third-party bookings are not permitted.
The person booking the reservation must be staying for the full trip.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No exceptions.
This helps us maintain safety, insurance compliance, and a respectful environment for everyone.

We love hosting responsible pet owners!
• Dogs are limited to a strict maximum of two small dogs (35 lbs or less).
• Pets must be housebroken and kept off upholstered furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended on the property.
• Owners must keep barking to a minimum.
• Pet waste must be removed from the yard and disposed of in the trash bins on the side of the house.
• Pets must be on a leash while outdoors, including in Falkner Park across the street.
• It is highly recommended that pets be treated with flea and tick medication before your trip.

For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring devices. A Ring doorbell monitors the front porch entry, a Ring camera on the side porch covers the side entrances and laundry facility, and another Ring camera faces the driveway. These are used solely for exterior security and are only reviewed if a complaint is received or an issue arises. There are no cameras inside the home.
