Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhome. This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath is seconds from the freeway and only 11 minutes to downtown Little Rock!

The living room features a comfortable new couch and oversized chair with a 55" Roku TV. The eat in kitchen has seating for 5, a full size washer/dryer, and french doors leading to the patio where you can enjoy outdoor dining.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms each with 50" Roku TVs and a full bath with shower/tub combo. Full size air mattress and 4" memory foam mattress available for extra sleeping spaces.

5 minutes to St Vincent Rehab Hospital
13 minutes to Little Rock Air Force Base

Perfection Just Outside of Little Rock

My son and I stayed at this lovely home during his trap shooting competition. It was within minutes of the venue and close enough to stores and eats. Most impressive was the super friendly owner. She was on top of communications and made sure we had all we needed. So thankful for owners like this. Highly recommend.

Snowed In!

Took my family to Little Rock for a WWE event and while there we were hit with 8 inches of snow. Needless to say we stayed indoors for 3 days and it was amazing. The house is so modern and comfortable. Such a perfect house for a family visiting the area. Leah was very nice and made the process so easy. 10/10 easily!

Perfectly equipped

Very clean and bright with 1.5 baths and 2 large bedrooms. Nice area out back with patio. Took our miniature poodle for walks nearby at a church and well kept neighborhood. Would recommend as an alternative to the many older, somewhat worn properties in Little Rock. 15 min to downtown.

Just like home

Cozy, updated, new appliances. Super HVAC system. Kept the thermostat on 68 and stayed toasty warm. Quiet area, convenient to everything in Sherwood and only 15 minutes from downtown Little Rock. Leah is a great host and easily accessible.

Quaint and Ideal!!!

First, I wanna applaud the property manager for her due diligence. She was very prompt, and was very kind to my request to stay an extra night. The place with spotless, and had everything needed. Only issue is I had to kill a few wasps but that’s anywhere really… thank you Sherwood. I will definitely come back to stay if you’ll have me.!

Perfect stay with dogs

We were in town for a dog competition and Leah was so amazing! We will definitely be back next year! Everything was clean and perfect for us and our pooches!

Wonderful Space

We’re very much enjoyed our stay at this property, incline our puppy. 😊 It was cozy and well decorated. I also enjoyed the split level so that we had a degree of separation for those wanting to hang out downstairs and those wanting to have some quiet upstairs. The only downside (if you can call it that) is the property is and parking is facing a street that can be busy at times. However, the property itself and the responsiveness of the owner more than compensate for that. As a matter of fact, as we were driving home my son and I were saying that we would definitely stay there again in the near future.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

This home is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Super clean and the dishes, linens and other amenities very luxurious. Big screen TV's just where you'd want them, great WIFI and convenient location. Communication with the owner was always timely , responsive and friendly. We only stayed a few days but highly recommend this home if you wish to stay in the area!

Exactly as advertised!

This property is just as shown in the pictures. It was easy to find and we had no problem with entry or safety. Very nicely decorated, quiet, and more than enough room for us and our dog. There isn’t a fenced area to let them run loose but it wasn’t a problem at all. The owner responded quickly when we had a question before we arrived. Overall a great stay!

Awesome rental

I use VRBOs fairly often. This rental ranks high on my list. Everything was as described in listing and Leah is very easy to communicate with! Impressed enough that I’m returning in upcoming week!!
