It has such a cozy, comfy and peaceful vibe that you wouldn't want to leave once you are in there.
Perfect for families who want to come and visit Little Rock or North Little Rock for any reason and perfect for professionals who want to spend the time working in quietness while enjoying the cozy comfy home.

Dog-Friendly Stay

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Our space is designed to be comfortable for both humans and dogs, so you can enjoy your stay together.

What we offer for dogs:

Spacious areas for your dog to relax
Food and water bowls available
Cozy sleeping spot (please bring your dog’s favorite blanket if needed)
Easy-to-clean floors for any little accidents

House rules for dogs:

Dogs must be house-trained
Please keep dogs off beds and furniture
Do not leave dogs unattended in the property
Clean up after your pet (indoors and outdoors)
Excessive barking should be avoided out of respect for neighbors

Pet fee:
To help cover additional cleaning, we apply a pet fee per pet (not per stay), based on your dog’s size:

Small dogs: $50 per pet
Medium dogs: $75 per pet
Large dogs: $100 per pet

Additional notes:

Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog (include breed/size)

Very nice, clean place. Loved the decor and the host was very courteous and easy to correspond with. Close location to many downtown areas. Would definitely recommend and will book there again.

Great place close to everything!

Great stay!

My friends and I stayed one night and have no bad things to say! The property was exactly what we expected and even had a fenced in area to park our vehicle- which made us feel especially safe to go out and do things in town while leaving our vehicle somewhere we weren’t familiar with. Kaplana was so easy to communicate with and checked in with us after we checked in to insure there was nothing else we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend/ stay again!

Visiting North Little Rock for work

I enjoyed my stay in this charming little cottage! It was neat, clean, and comfortable. I was told the neighborhood was “in a rough part of town” but I saw nothing to cause me concern. The location was very convenient, with easy access to I-40 and close to the capital. The house is beautifully decorated. I had good communication with the owner. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I visit the area often and will plan to stay here in the future.

Do Not Book With Kaplana Sharma

No check in info and No address prior. When I contacted kaplana the day I arrived she informed me that the exterior was “ not finished “. Well-it looked like a crack house. When I explained I felt unsafe she said she had a security system. I think if she felt the need to let me know it was “unfinished” she knew that i may have an issues so why not tell me at the time of booking or in the listing. Very misleading. I did not stay mostly because I did not trust the host. I will be writing VRBO for a refund.

Just want to humbly inform you that we are regular human beings just like you, trying to keep our head above the water and do our best to serve our customers but sometimes we can lack something and that’s why your feedback is really appreciated. We are sorry that you felt like that you couldn't trust us because the way we handled issue of our unfinished siding but the only reason(s) we didn't put info about that in the listing are: 1. It is a totally new house we just rebuilt and we were in the process of getting it fixed and our contractor just took off. We were hoping that it would be done before you arrive but it wasn't, so we thought of informing you before you arrived and 2. We seriously didn't think it was going to affect your stay because it is a completely new house and everything inside and outside is completely functional. And we did have a few guests before you who absolutely loved the house. 3. We just finished its interior completely and designed it very beautifully giving it a Dogtown and North Little Rock history theme. We hired a designer who not only picked up pictures and items related to this theme from around the town but also painted a few of the paintings by himself, in the cottage. We are actually very proud of our work. I am sure you had a chance to go inside and appreciate all the heart and soul this designer has put in our house. Regarding your check in info and Address, generally VRBO sends that information directly to our guest so we never had to interfere before. But, I remember when you reached out to us, we were very prompt in sending you that information. For Future, we will make sure we send that info directly to our guests, way in advance. From the day 1, somehow it reminded me of a cottage so I always called it a cottage and now its my pleasure to present my cottage to you- so you can enjoy the peace and the beauty that it offers. Our Second STR home (Dogtown Pride Cottage) is my Mom's rental property. It was sitting for a long time and I had the vision to convert that also into a short term vacation rental. So, we completely renovated it and had her brother Scott - our local designer here, come and design it to give it 50s and North Little Rock History theme.
I think he has done a really good job on it. If you are getting to stay in it, please let us know how you liked all the designs and amenities and if there is anything we can improve in order to serve you better.
