Tee off across acres of beautiful greenery with your friends at Gearhart Golf Links, then sail across the gorgeous landscape below on a High Life Adventures Zip Line Tour.

Return back to your sweet getaway to find a series of relaxing amenities for your convenience. Inside lies a welcoming interior with comfortable furnishings for you and your friends to unwind on after a fun-filled day out exploring the town.

Step into the full kitchen and cook up a homemade meal for everyone. Head out on the balcony and gaze out at serene views of the glistening water as you sit down and listen to the soothing ripples. Play a couple of games of cornhole on the side of the house, then as the evening comes to a close, warm up by the fireplace with your favorite blanket and a cup of hot cocoa.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
There is a long-term tenant in the cottage behind the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious home with great location and views

Overall, this was a good stay for a family trip. This home is spacious with a beautiful river view and cozy deck. There are some needed updates to the beds and couches. But the location was a big plus since it’s walking distance to Broadway and right on the river.

Good Family Retreat

We brought our 3 kids and this house was perfect, bunk beds in one room, a queen in the second, and a king in the master upstairs. Close to amenities, easy to locate, all the perks of being at home while you’re away from home. We would book again.

Great location. New house nice layout. We loved the balcony great view of the river. The cleanliness was not the best the kitchen counters were sandy. there was hair in 2 of the bathrooms. It’s like they wanted to see “how fast they could clean the house”. Also there was no welcome book with house information in it. When I messaged the rental agency it took them over 24 house to get back to me and I think it was just a AI response and was not helpful. The kitchen Is nice and big and had a lot of potential but it is very and I mean very poorly stock with pots and pans and cooking utensils. It was very hard to cook anything. And not organized at all. Also very poorly stocked on Toilet paper. Over all it was a nice house. I think the rental agency needs some work on customer service and cleanliness.

Fun little beach town. House amenities were good. Only downfall, the master bed was pretty broken down and so was the couch. Everything else was great, extremely close to the beach and also close to surrounding towns, Cannon Beach, etc. Very clean and updated.

Cute little getaway on the river

We loved that the living room was upstairs and you could see the river from it. Open and clean area for our family to hang out in, enough seating and beds and bathrooms for everyone. The master bed is a purple mattress, like what we have at home, so it was nice and we slept well. Check in was super easy and I love that I got texts with the info instead of emails! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Seaside Family VACA

Very clean, cute place. Loved how it was nearby all the activities and beach. We got to walk to nearly everything we ventured out to do! We all loved playing ping pong, big bonus!! Great balcony that outlooks the river. Only problem we had was using the code, so we had to use the back up key. Highly recommend this place for your stay.

Everything was pretty clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would suggest you replace your large couch it sags in the middle and very uncomfortable. Also the mattresses are very worn and also uncomfortable.

Pleasantly surprised charming on the water

Great house! Close to everything we wanted to be close to, but quiet and peaceful. So clean and thoughtful in the amenities. Back balcony was amazing. Perfect for reading, bird watching and watching the sunset. Quick to get to the fun of the Promenade. We had a great time! Roomy. Comfortable beds, dual shower heads in main bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Good location and Nice size property

Overall, this was a nice property. The view of the river was beautiful, great deck outside, spacious, great location that was walkable to Broadway, check in and check out was seamless, plenty of towels and linens. There were a few cons, upon arrival some dishes were dirty/greasy, noticed a couple scuffs and splatters around the home, and there were broken blinds. We also noticed the couch was sunken in, the king bed was sunken in, the queen bed was firm, and the twin beds were thin and springy. The TVs were slow when it came to the menu options and selecting. The only fan available was in the primary bedroom, but when you plugged it in, it was making a screeching noise. We also needed to run a load of laundry, but there was no laundry detergent. Something to note is that the small building behind the house is occupied by a long term rental which I didn’t see mentioned in the listing.

Family trip to Seaside

The layout of the house is good, and it feels light. We enjoyed the deck and the game room. It is in a nice location, about a ten minute walk from shops and restaurants. Our check in was delayed, which would have been fine if they told us in time. As it was, we arrived shortly after 4 only to be greeted by the cleaners telling us we couldn't get in until an hour and a half after initial check in time. I didn't get a message from Vacasa until 5.23pm. The house was not cleaned sufficiently - there was a previous guest's dirty sock under the couch, and garbage under the bed and side tables. Some linens were still damp. The couch and master bedroom are not very comfortable. The cooking facilities are old and not adequate for any decent cooking, and there were not sufficient cleaning supplies for us to clean up as we would have liked to do. Overall, we liked Seaside and the property is fine, just not as good as other vacation rentals we have stayed in.

Family trip to Seaside

Check in was delayed, and we weren't informed about it until we were greeted by the cleaners at the property telling me we couldn't get in until 1.5 hours after our check in time. I didn't receive a message about it until 5.23pm. It would have been fine if we had had adequate notice so we could have changed our plans slightly. To be fair, they did give some refund without being promoted.The house is a good layout, and we enjoyed the deck and game room. It's in a nice location, about ten minutes walk to shops and restaurants. It was not adequately cleaned - there was a previous guest's dirty sock under the couch and garbage under beds and side tables. The amenities feel over used - pans aren't very good anymore and furniture wasn't all that comfortable. There wasn't enough cleaning supplies for us to clean up properly.Overall, the property is fine, just not as well equipped, clean or comfortable as previous places we've stayed at.
