This queen one-bedroom, 1.5-bath luxury apartment features modern design, premium finishes, and beautiful city and water views right from the apartment. With 979 square feet, it offers more space than most one-bedroom units and comes fully furnished with everything you need, including bedding, linens, and housewares. Two sofa beds allow the apartment to sleep up to six guests (4 comfortably). Located in the heart of downtown Muskegon, it’s just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, and the popular Muskegon Farmers Market.
The rooftop deck offers all Leonard guests an additional space to relax and unwind, featuring comfortable outdoor seating, grills, and stunning views of downtown Muskegon and Lake Michigan. Additional amenities include high-efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, a gas stove/oven, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, sugar, and cream. Free gigabit internet and Roku streaming TVs in both the bedroom and living room provide modern convenience, while above-ground parking behind the building adds extra ease. With its prime location and standout architectural design, The Leonard is truly the crown jewel of Downtown Muskegon.
