- No smoking or vaping inside the condo. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the condo will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
