The Ranch is in the heart of Naples. It has 7.5 acres of open field, a farm, outdoor cabana, ping-pong table, man cave and spacious swimming pool equipped with a water heater. This is a grand home for those that enjoy a large estate with lots of space. Make this your home away from home, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience with your family or corporate team!

The Space:
Host your family get-togethers in one place! Sleep up to 15 guests in our spacious 2800 sq ft home on 7.5 acres! Jump in the pool, grill in the covered patio, sing Karaoke, Play Ping Pong, Volleyball, Pool, enjoy time on the hammocks and more. This is the perfect home for a group getaway, a family retreat, a corporate event or just escape the city. Only 25 mins from the famous Naples beach.

(Please note there are employees that live on the grounds in separated trailers. they are taking care of the animals, ranch and the land. They are there to assist you as well on anything you may need during your stay)

THE SPACE:
Our home is 2800 sq. ft home is under air conditioning and it sits on 7.5 acres of land. This is a place to remember, a place where you can create your own experiences because it has so much to offer. On the inside of the house, you have access to 4 bedrooms with gorgeous views, 3 bathrooms, full Kitchen, full bar, very large living room, large swimming pool, expansive lanai with gas grill and ceiling fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the South Florida weather. It can be a perfect home for anything and everything you are looking for. It's an oasis that's close to everything you can ever want. It’s all about options. You will have just as much fun enjoying the grounds surrounded by the sounds and sites of many of Florida's natural wildlife. Have a seat around the tranquil land and you will get a glimpse of a lot of different birds that likes to visit such as; Bluejays, Red Cardinals, Woodpeckers, wild ducks and maybe even some Peacocks. Other wildlife includes Iguanas, Turtles, Frogs, Rabbits and much more.

FAMILY FARM WITH GOATS, COWS, HORSES AND CHICKENS:

HAVE FRESH ORGANIC EGGS FOR BREAKFAST RIGHT FROM THE FARM! (Please ask us and we are happy to provide them for you). Relax with Churro and Mariposa - our very friendly horses. They are adorable!

The PT Ranch will make the perfect location for your next event. Wedding, Sweet 16, Corporate/ Religious Retreats, you name it. We will be happy to provide you with more details about how you can book this amazing property for your next event.

(Lastly, there are many extra activities to do. Ride a horse, go ATVing, have a family meal cooked. These extra activities do have a cost. Please ask us for more information)

EVENTS:

IMPORTANT: Any events you will be doing at the property needs to be coordinated by us, any outside vendors will not be allowed on premises without our approval. Ask us about hosting your events here, using the entire property! Please message us for more details on event pricing.

PT Ranch Event Guidelines:

The cost for booking the house is separate and in addition to the event fee. We require a 3 night minimum for the vacation rental to book an event.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge of $125 per person per night after the 15th guest. We will charge this separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Thanks!

You must have prior authorization if you plan or expect more than 5 visitors at one time at this home that are not listed on the reservation.

Any person at the houses after 11:59pm is considered an overnight guest unless previously disclosed and authorized during your reservation. Please let us know immediately if you plan to have overnight guests that were not accounted for in your initial reservation.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

PETS: Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
A home away from home. Spend the day or spend the night with us here at PT Ranch. Prepare to create new memories! Excitement and adventure is waiting for you.

You have access to the entire compound with RESTRICTIONS to spaces that are only for our staff or areas that can only be entered with the supervision of our team. You will see signs stating areas that are restricted.

If you need daily cleaning - $200 per day.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Very secluded for your privacy and getaway from the city. You have several local restaurants in the area as well.

The home is 15 miles from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and 20 miles from Mercato. It's a safe and walkable neighborhood. We frequently run or bike through the streets.
20 Miles from 5th Avenue and Downtown Naples.

10 Minutes away you will have a supermarket, Ice Cream shop, Pizzeria, and Salon.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a vehicle. Everything is a short drive, and you have Naples downtown about 25 minutes away.

-Uber & Lyft may be very difficult to find.

-If flying into Naples private airport, you’re less than five minutes away. If flying into RSW Fort Myers airport, you are about 42 minutes away. Enterprise, Rent-A-Car is less than 20 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: We have several groundskeeper who lives onsite in a separate property, in separate trailers. They take care of the animals on sight.
