Welcome to our wonderful vacation home that consists of open concept, four beautiful bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, open and clean. Our commodities are ideal for any family and for any guests ready for warm and sunny Florida!
Enjoy the amazing outdoor pool, the spa deck, the privacy of the backyard and the safety of the gated community. Friendly neighborhood, gated community and helpful management company are all accessible and willing to help. The villa is lovely and a great place for your stay, if you decide to venture outside, the villa is 15 minutes away from Disney attractions and 30 minutes from City walk.

Certainly recommended

A beautiful house to spend the holidays. Exactly as shown in the ad. The heated pool was the best (we were able to use it even with a temperature of 37 F). Communication with the owners was great. I recommend!

RENTERS BEWARE

Our vaca started off rocky. I didn’t get the codes to enter the gated community or the home. We were only able to get in due to a kind neighbor and the realtor reluctantly gave me the code to enter. Mold in the bathrooms, shower heads, and the outside table. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Both neighbors on each side smoked so much it made it hard to enjoy being outside. Both neighbors also had dogs that would loudly bark at each other ALL DAY. The major issue was with the pool/spa heat. We paid extra $ ahead of time to have the pool and hot tub heated. Host requested payment for pool heat via PayPal or bank transfer. In the middle of the week the pool/spa stopped heating. The host told me to contact the management company to address issue. They were contacted and they said they'd be right out to fix it. No one came by. Pool/spa was cold until our vaca was over. I contacted the host about receiving a refund for the days the pool heat didn't work. They ignored me. After sending multiple messages requesting a refund for service I didn't completely receive, the host sends a message declining to refund me for the prepaid pool/hot tub heat. They stated their management went out and said nothing was wrong with the pool heat. Host rudely stated nothing is wrong with their home, and I just like to complain. Logically why would I want to take time out of my vacation to call to fix things at a house that isnt mine? Found 2 other renters with similar scammed experiences.

Dont think the pictures on the VRBO website do the property any justice. The Villa was immaculate. Would definitely stay there again without question.

Disappointing

Looked ideal for our family, but was very disappointed on arrival. Everything was dated, sofa had no support in it, hit the floor almost when sat on it. All beds had 2 mattresses on them, I assume for the purpose of comfort but unfortunately failed miserably. Found damp clothing from previous guest in master bedroom closet on arrival. Plates, cutlery and glasses looked they had been bought at a car boot sale. Pool area badly needed a good clean, and geckos galore on lanai due to gaps in cover around the pool. Emailed agent on day 2 and had fairly prompt response and made arrangements for her to call, due to miscommunication this never happened, so decided just to carry on and try to make the best of a bad lot. Money needs spent on villa to update it, and I’m sure if this could be done it would be great holiday accommodation.

Roomy and clean

We enjoyed the home in a secure and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was quick. The clothes washer was not working when we arrived and a new one was installed later than promised. We had to visit a local laundromat two times, but all ended well. I would recommend this property. Check in was very easy.

Nice home and location, but property needs major interior upgrades.

The home was in a convenient location for our stay. Close to attractions, with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The heated pool was nice, until the management co accidentally turned the heat off. It took several phone calls and two days before the manager sent over someone to undo what had been done to the pool heat days before. The interior of the house was tired, and needs to be painted throughout. The beds in all rooms were worn out, and quite uncomfortable. All TV's in the house, except for the living room had Roku with very limited access. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Appliances are old and worn out, No light in the microwave, dishwasher front door always fell to the floor when opened tomahawking your knees. Stove had difficulty running two burners on the same side at the same time. Kitchen cookware, especially the fry pans are old, filthy, and terribly beat up. I have thrown out better cookware than what was supplied by the owners. The keypad on the safe, did not work, I notified the owners, but the problem was never resolved. There were loose bricks on the front walkway, that made entering the home a little dangerous, but we learned to walk around them. No ping pong table in the garage as shown in the photos, so I never was able to play with the family. Overall, the stay was good, not great, but good. With some major improvements we may consider making this home our regular winter go to place, but as is, we will not hurry back. There are better properties in the area for the price that we payed.

The best!!

our family has been coming to Disney for the last 14 years. this house and the cutting munication with the owners have been amazing. The size of the house that’s perfect for us. We had also added it was amazing to be in a nice warm fall chilly nights after a long day at the parks. thank you Cindy for allowing us to stay in this amazing else we will definitely be back next year. I think we found a home away from home!!

Wonderful Stay

Family Relaxation

This is an excellent property! We came in to town just to have a place away from home and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and sunshine. The owner and the property manager are wonderful to work with. The home is very clean and has a great layout. There is shopping very near and Clearwater Beach is only and hour and a half away. We were so sad to leave.

Wonderful, wonderful place - Absolutely lovely.

This place was everything and more than what was advertised! The only problem is you should advise people that they must bring all kitchen condiments and cooking supplies (there was salt there) I am assuming that everything like spices and things, needed to be removed because of Covid - but I didn't think of it before I left. This is a great place to feel safe and self quarantine. Wonderful, wonderful place - Absolutely lovely.

Little getaway

The pool was awesome, very roomy house, bathrooms were clean and great selection on the tv. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and of course they loved the pool. Both neighbors had some loud dogs, but only during the day. Nice neighborhood. Will stay again when in the area!!

Our 2 weeks here was most enjoyable. Weather got a little cool before we left. House was very nice, clean & comfortable. It was well equipped for our stay. It is n a great location close to Publix, shopping & of course DISNEY❤️ Property manager was very prompt & helpful when we called her. You have a great place...thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very nice and spacious home

The house looks like the photos and is very nice and spacious. The kids loved the pool and spent all their time there, big plus that there's a bathroom out there sothey didn't have to track water in. The rooms were all very nice, the master suite is huge. Whenever we had a question someone answered everytime. The only down side to this is you really can't swim at night because there's not enough lighting. And the tv in the 1st room didn't work. Other than that I'd recommend here and look forward to coming back.

Excellent fully equipped Villa!

Nice gated community great location close to everything. The villa was clean and well presented with all a family needs for a comfortable stay, definitely a feel of home while you are there. WE loved the pool it is much bigger the it appears in pictures would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Clean and beautiful

Very homey and immaculate neighborhood and villa. Location was perfect when it came to Disney, Publix, Walmart, CVS and many more stores. Impeccable decorating and I was more impressed being there compared to pictures of the villa. I suggest heating the pool if vacationing during winter months. Cindy and Paul were always available when questions arose along with the property manager. Hope to be able to vacation there again. Q

This property was perfect for me. Everything was provided except for a tray and a small table outside to put my books, drinks on.
