Located on the Santa Fe River perfect for boating & tubing on the Ichetucknee.

Making memories on the beautiful Santa Fe River. This large family friendly home offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sunroom, a party deck, kid friendly activities, tubing on the Ichetucknee River, swimming off the dock or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. Make a morning trip to the boathouse and enjoy your coffee in the peace and quiet of the river. Finish your day cooking smores at the backyard fire pit.

Bring your own boat and cruise the Santa Fe and Suwannee River. Private boat ramp is walking distance from the house. Easy docking at our boathouse.

Located on the Santa Fe River, you can swim and kayak right off our dock. You are a short 10-minute drive from the Ichetucknee State Park which host beautiful spots for swimming, tubing, paddle boarding and hiking. The house is located in one of Florida's best natural spring areas. It includes Ginnie Springs (a private park with over 7 springs and miles of riverfront), Blue Springs State Park and Poe Springs.

Plenty of seating in both the dining area and living room for a large gathering. If you are a puzzle person, find a seat at the game table and help us finish a puzzle. If you are looking for some real downtime, this is the place to be. At night watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in the morning the manatees and otters playing at the river. The only sounds you will hear are the crickets and frogs talking to each other.

We all enjoyed stay . Check in very easy . Great communication with host .kitchen facilities were adequate, we did use kitchen facilities for breakfast purpose . We had great time , quiet neighborhood, grocery store conveniently located .

This place has everything for a family vacation. It’s clean, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything in between to make the stay fun and easy. The access to the springs is perfect. But honestly my favorite part was cooking a family dinner in the huge kitchen with my brother in law, puzzling late at night with the grandparents, and games with the kids nieces and nephews. This place was the perfect place to make memories.

Debbie is an amazing host! She’s thought of everything needed for an amazing stay on the river. The house is immaculate, the kitchen and grill area provides everything imaginable for weekend cooks and pit masters alike! The bedrooms generously accommodated our gang and the beds are super comfy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the dock watching the river pass by and again in the evening with cocktails for the sunsets. Did I mention the house is pet friendly? Our labs thoroughly enjoyed the dock and enormous yard! We had a fabulous trip and look forward to visiting again!

We had a total of 13 people. There was enough room for all of us. Everything is as listed and there are plenty of things needed for a great stay- towels, dishes, cooking items. The location was perfect and safe. Would highly recommend this property!

Great get a way for big family group

This place is set up perfect for a big family gathering. We actually did not use many of the amenities because we attended a larger family gathering in a different location but it made us wish we had more time to play here! Great place at the end of the road. Quiet Enough to hear all the frogs and cicadas at night and watch turkey and deer cross the field in front of you as you sip your morning coffee.

Lazy River Family Vacation

Plenty of room for the entire family (11 of us total with more beds to spare). Great location on the river. The access to the private section of the Itchetucknee was EXTREMELY nice! Kids enjoyed the slide at the dock, and the hot tub was a nice option as well.

Itchetucknee trip

This house, the host, and the trip was awesome. We had neighborhood friends, family, and kids with us. There was room for everyone, great large kitchen area. Access to the private part of the Ichetucknee was so nice! The Stambaugh’s our great hosts, we can’t wait to do the same trip again next year!

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The house had many amenities such as tubes, kayaks and games for the teens. Our host Debbie was super friendly, very organized and provided great information to make our visit exceptional.

Amazing riverfront VRBO with fun tubing run!

We loved our stay at this VRBO on the river! The location was perfect and the accommodations were spacious and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and playing games. The tubing run was a highlight of our trip – so much fun! The host was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO for a relaxing getaway.

Great home and location!

We had an amazing time at this property! The home is very spacious and has plenty of beds for a large gathering of family and/or friends. Our favorite part of the trip was included access to the private park for tubing down the Ichetucknee river. That amenity alone is priceless. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Family & Friends weekend getaway

The overall stay was wonderful. The location allowed you to swim right off the dock or tube down the river from the private parks within the subdivision. Plenty of sleeping for a large group. Lots of extras for entertainment such as indoor & outdoor games, hot tub. Very nice.

What an amazing getaway!

I cannot recommend this place enough times ! It was so peaceful and awesome; the place was so cute and me and my friends had a wonderful weekend floating in the river and just enjoying each others company. Deb was an amazing host and answered any questions we had or needed assistance with something. I will now consider this a vacation place for me and my soon to be husband! Thank yall so much!!

My husband and I found this amazing river front home right before we retired. We wanted a retreat home where we could have our four daughters, their husbands and our six grandchildren experience the river, the woods, boating, tubing, fishing and swimming all in a nature setting. We love this home and want to share it with others looking for that same peace and tranquility where at night, you can watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in early morning watch the manatees and otters playing in the river. At night make sure you light up the fire pit for smores and storytelling.

As a family, we had rented a house on the Ichetucknee River for years. We loved the river, the woods, the small surrounding towns and the peace and quiet we always experienced on our river vacation. When it came time to retire, we knew exactly where we were going to look for a vacation retreat. Now we can come anytime we want, and we would love to share this amazing experience with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is located in Three Rivers Estates with a private homeowner's association that manages seven parks on the river. Our goal for our retreat home was to equip it with everything we needed. We wanted to be able to jump in the car and head to river anytime we wanted without having to pack up each time. We have everything you need for cooking, plenty of bath towel, beach towels and floating tubs. This five bedroom and four bath house has large rooms and sleeps over 18 guests in beds plus a futon in the sunroom. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms plus a highchair in the kitchen and kiddy pool at the boat house. Come experience our paradise!
