Cozy cottage with firepit, in walking distance to beach and the town!

This cozy cottage is located right off the main drag as you come into Egg Harbor. It is in a private setting, surrounded by trees, yet is within walking distance to the Egg Harbor beach and all the town has to offer. There are bikes in the shed you are free to use, and the connected country roads are great for bike rides! The backyard has a deck and furniture for relaxing, as well as a grill and a picnic table, and a firepit. The front porch also has furniture for some R&R time. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. There is an electric fireplace in the living room for some added ambiance. The TV has Samsung TV Plus channels, or you can use the wi-fi and hook up to one of your own entertainment app profiles.

This location is also ideal for winter stays, and a snowmobile trail runs near the property. Winter is also a very peaceful and quiet time to stay here. Plenty of places stay open year-round, and there will be no crowds and long lines to have to contend with like there may be in Summer.

Great little getaway spot

The outdoor space at this property is great. We sat on the front porch every morning with coffee and on a very rainy Saturday night, we enjoyed watching the rain on this same covered porch. And easy walk or bike to town.

Clean, as-advertised, great location! Heather, the host, was very responsive. If you’re looking for a cozy 2bed/1bath, this is your place. We made it work for our family of 4. The outdoor space, especially the front porch, is very nice.

Summer get away

Loved the cozy cottage ... had everything we needed to relax. Walking distance to the beach and village and just far enough to feel away from the summer traffic.

Cozy cottage in Door County!

I can’t say enough about this amazing cottage. Very clean, beds comfortable, nice deck, good location. The host had everything u could possibly want or need for your stay. Host was very accommodating.

Everything you need!

We had such a nice stay at this cute cottage! It’s small, but it had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and had a nice front porch and backyard with a fire pit. Plus, the location is perfect - just a short walk from Egg Harbor’s lovely downtown area.

Great location!

We had a great stay at this cute cabin! It was well stocked with everything you could want. We stayed Thursday-Sunday with our kids (4 and 6) and it was the perfect space for this time period. Very close to the beach (personally I wouldn’t walk to the beach with kids given there aren’t sidewalks) as well as downtown Egg Harbor. It rained a ton while we were there and we loved sitting on the front porch listening to the rain hit the tin roof! Very quaint and a great escape for the weekend.

Perfect Stay

Spent a few days at this property in early July and it was more than we could have asked for. Everything was very new and clean. Tons of supplies including towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Beautiful porches in front and back as well as a fire pit that was so much fun. Location was great just outside of Egg Harbor with lovely country roads to walk. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway - good experience

We were overall very pleased with our experience. The home was very clean, welcoming and homey. The location was accessible to downtown Egg Harbor, Fish Creek and other nearby towns. Just some FYI’s - location is set close to the intersection of a busy road, so traffic and other noises were a bit more than we were expecting. We would recommend this place to other travelers wanting to explore the Door County area!

Perfect Location

I stayed with my husband and our two kids (2.5 and 6 months) and it was the perfect location for traveling all through the peninsula. The yard with the fire pit and grill was perfect for the meals we didn't eat out and my toddler loved running around in the backyard. We loved how close we were to the beach - it is walkable but on semi busy streets with no sidewalks so we opted to drive which was just minutes away. The cabin had everything we needed and we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and the beach chairs in the shed!

Just perfect, cozy and super clean

The cottage was perfect, all the things needed for a comfortable stay were provided. Heather was absolutely amazing to make sure our stay was perfect and extremely quick at responding to my messages and questions. Great location in the heart of Door County Egg Harbor is the perfect spot to be close to the neighboring towns I enjoy visiting as well. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone, you will not regret your stay. Brandi Kolesch

Absolutely delightful!

My sister and I booked this charming residence for a three night stay to explore the area. We couldn’t of been happier with everything about it. Location is perfect. An excellent jumping off point to get to the neighboring communities. I love that we could walk to town or the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with many extra touches: a coffee/tea station, games, an umbrella, and helpful information on local attractions. Our host was fantastic: quick responses, and very friendly. She was a joy to work with, and we look forward to returning. I can’t recommend the spot highly enough. Outstanding all around!
