This 5th floor condo is direct ocean front with ceiling to floor windows just steps from the world-famous Daytona Beach. With King bed in the Master bedroom (linens included) and the guest room has a king and a set of bunkbeds. With two baths (towels included) it easily accommodates up to six people. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs with a washer/dryer just for your use. No sharing!
The ocean front balcony is the perfect spot to start your day, beautiful sunrises, or end the day watch the sunset. Balcony is accessible from either the Master bedroom or the living area. This gem is your next vacation spot.
The view remains absolutely beautiful.

Pleasant Stay

Wonderful amenities right on the beach! The construction is a non factor over the weekend and isn’t too bad during the weekdays. Very clean and comfortable even with the amount of people in town and staying at the condo. Would love to stay again!

Nice property, like the safety/security to enter and exiting to property.Laurel is great to work with...(Construction has not been a hinderence to the stay.)

Perfect location !!!

Check in was easy but when we arrived we had a couple issues but it was handled quickly by Laurel. The location is perfect, staff was friendly and professional. Communication was superb. Our family will definitely be back again. Thank you !!

Would stay here again

There was great communication when it came to checking in or any other questions we had. There was construction going on during the stay but it was communicated ahead of time and they were done by 4pm. Otherwise excellent accommodations

Great stay

Our oceanfront condo was spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The kitchen had ever needed to cook and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels. I emailed the owner twice and got timely responses. Will definitely stay here again.

Our place was very nice! We had 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice spacious kitchen. Large balcony. Great location out of the way!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling private and relaxing.The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth experience. Exceptional Stay

We had an exceptional 4 day stay at this nicely furnished, comfortable, 5th floor unit. I really appreciated the prompt responses from the host each time I reached out to her. The sun rises from the patio are stunning. We will surely look to book this unit next time we visit Daytona Beach.

Amazing views

Beautiful condo. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Small issue at check in but resolved very quickly with great response from property manager. Covered, enclosed parking. Amazing sunrise and sunset views on covered balconies. Would definitely rebook.

Living Room Furniture is a problem

Over all the stay was okay. The property had changed hands recently and the new owners swapped out the living room furniture shown in the pictures. The replacement furniture was very used and uncomfortable. If the furniture had been better we would have rated it four stars.

The good news is the location was great. It was a nice condo that was roomy except the bathrooms were too small. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The bad news is the condo had a musky smell to it and also we saw a few roaches. After seeing that we would not recommend.

Great location

This was a great location for us. There was a mess up online and the original condo we rented end up not being available, Laurel accommodated us by giving us an upgraded condo. The tv wasn’t working and and she was going to drive an hour to come look at it, I told her to wait until the next day. She called and had someone there to replace the box the next day. I would definitely stay here again! I was pleased with the condo as well as the communication and how fast any problems were taken care of!
