wonderful views

The condo was wonderful! it was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were wonderful- we could see both the ocean and the inlet- sunsets were amazing. It was close to everything and we enjoyed playing tennis right on the ocean. We would stay here again.

Beautiful architecture, beautiful condo, and breathtaking views from the balcony/large windows. Condo was very clean and updated, 10/10 would recommend.

Peck Plaza Vacation Delight

Our stay at Peck Plaza was a restful, comfortable, and a truly satisfying experience. The condo layout with windows along the entire outside perimeter, provides spectacular views of both the Intercostal Waterway and the beautiful beaches of Daytona. Peck Plaza cleverly maximizes the space; even with two toddlers and four adults we never felt crowded. The furnishings are minimalistic, comfortable and tasteful. We will be back again. A beautiful condo and experience.

Ocean Breeze and Sunshine

The property was just as advertised. The beach views were wonderful. While the property was not an oceanfront, it was nice to see the Florida landscape, the bay, and the ocean, all in one view. There was only one elevator, which was under maintenance twice during our stay. However, we timed our beach visits and shopping accordingly (during the posted times of the outage). Overall, I would stay there again. It was a great time at the beach.

First of all to start it was an amazing stay!! I gave it 4 because of it being a condominium community there was a lot rules. Was not an issue for my party, but could be for others! Views were great from the apartment, deck and the beach. It was a quiet beautiful area of Daytona. If in the area again will stay here and work with Carrie again!!

Generally Great - Just a few improvements suggested

My family and I just returned from 6 nights at this property. We had a good time and it was well suited for our needs (2 adults and two young children.) Pros: Check in was easy even though we came after hours. Communication with the property manager was good. Condo was clean and well stocked - kitchen appliances, towels, board games such as Jenga, Uno, etc. There were even some things for the beach - boogie boards, chairs and umbrella (although these were small; if you want "regular" sized, you'll probably need to rent some on the beach.) It was very quiet. On the balcony there was a fair amount of noise from traffic on the main street below, but we never heard any noise inside, even from neighbors' doors closing or anything. The location worked out great for us - it was must quieter and more family oriented than a couple miles north by the boardwalk area. The condo has been tastefully renovated and decorated. Cons: We would've appreciated nicer bed sheets. This is minor and maybe picky, but the sheets were polyester and pilled. Ultimately we slept fine, but having pilled up sheets felt kind of gross. Nicer/new sheets would be a cheap investment in making the stay a great experience. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work well. It worked fine in all of the other areas, but we had to have fans running both to blow cold air in from the living room and the bathroom. It was probably at least 10 degrees warmer in the master than the rest of the condo and it was uncomfortable, especially in the afternoons. I get that this is an older building and the HVAC is not perfect, but maybe a portable AC unit is an option. Also, I think this issue is exacerbated by the lack of room darkening shades or curtains. I would describe the shades as almost see through, so it was very bright in the mornings (nice view to wake up to, but hard to sleep after 7:00am) and the afternoon sun shone right into the master, making it even hotter.

Great Location

We were 2 miles west of the busy section of Daytona Beach and had a wonderful time enjoying our vacation. The beach was awesome and not crowded. The condo was awesome with great views of the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway. This was the first time I had been back to Daytona Beach since Spring Break in 1987 and it didn't dissapoint.

Great View & Location

Our family of 5 loved this unit. The property manager was easy to contact and clear with instructions for check-in and check-out. We all enjoyed the views of the panoramic windows. This condo comes fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, towels and other stuff. That all made our beach experience A+! There is a pool at this condo, however we never used it. All our time was on the beach. There is a locking gate at this complex that leads directly to the beach. We always felt safe leaving our shoes and other items just inside the gate and taking a barefoot walks on the beach. Just inside the gate there's a washing station to clean up from your beach fun. We loved our week here and if we come back we'll definitely check this property first before booking.

Amazing

We had such a great time in Daytona. We have never been and came for the Nascar race, which was only 15 min drive. This condo was beautiful, remodeled, clean and just awesome. The beach was exactly what we wanted and expected. It is so close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Beach, beach, beach

Beautiful scenic view. Appreciated the beach chairs. Friendly folks at the pool area where my grandchildren spent most of their days. Clean and updated building, friendly staff. Room was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage at night a bit complicated the first time around as the map is in such a small print. Also, should include directions for recycling.

Summer Vacay 2021

Hotel is in remodel stage but our unit was completed and fantastic. Had workers in next unit but never heard them. Carrie the manager or go to person was awesome and easy to contact. Pool was a little small and very warm but did it’s purpose. Beach was fantastic and very clean compared to other locations. Parking garage is low vehicle must be under 6feet. There is parking out in parking lot which wasn’t a problem. All in all very nice u it and location. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic location and views. Watch sunrise and sunset from the condo.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful place and location. Only issues were construction was going on next door without notifying us prior, no mirror in second bedroom and owner contacted us because we had a family of 4 over for dinner through the ring doorbell. Otherwise great place.

Overall outstanding rating!

Only a few minor things that we would inquire about our next stay. The pool was not clean. The sides were grimy and sticky. We enjoy afternoon naps, but this was difficult due to construction being done next door. We had to use the extra fans to keep the bedrooms cool enough to sleep. Lastly was the ice maker didn’t work. Otherwise, the beds were so comfortable. The place was very clean and has so many extras that we did not expect. Also decorated well. Everyone on site were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location and views.

Diese Wohnung kann ich nicht bewerten, da sie aufgrund des Hurricans nicht bewohnbar war. Der Vermieter hat uns eine Ersatzwohnung besorgt, mit der wir sehr zufrieden waren. Hier war alles top in Ordnung und sehr gut ausgestattet.

A great place to stay on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We went to the Nascar race about 10 minutes away. Enjoyed the view from the 12th floor on July 4th! Overall I would rate our stay as excellent! Thank you
