Whole House in the Country
Hi There!
I am renting my manufactured home on a month-month lease. It is on mostly wooded 10 acres. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 full bathroom is a guest master suite, 1/4 bath/powder room, and the master bath is 3/4 bath. All toilets have heated seats with hot/cold water bidets.
The house has been newly remodeled in 2022/2023. The propane stove and refrigerator are new as of 2022. The washer and dryer are older.
There is a 16 x 16 deck with 2 - 24' ramps on each side. One leads to the driveway and the other to the dog kennel and large fenced yard. There is also a dog door insert for the sliding door. The ramps are not wheelchair friendly.
There is a living room and a family room.
If you happen to be here in the cooler months, I do have a propane heater (connected to the large tank outside) on the wall in the family room. The house has a brand-new HVAC system. There is also a mini-split (brand new) in the kitchen.
It is Satellite internet here. Yep, we are rural. There is Dish TV available in the family room only. If you have a tablet or a phone with Smart View and a data plan you can link it to the TV in the family room to watch which ever streaming service you have.
AT&T works best out here. Verizon not so much.
