The house was wonderful. The lake views and amenities were exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen and a great grill. You will enjoy your stay here.

Speedway Classic

The family came into the area for the first Speedway Classic at Bristol. Although the ballgame was wet, the house was perfect for family fun. Kayaking was great, all the rooms were comfortable, and the full kitchen ensured we could have breakfasts together as we started our day. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

We were in town for a funeral and the house was as described. Plenty of room to spread out. The dock, slide and kayaks were great. House was well stocked and clean. My only complaint would be there is only 1 TV in the whole house

Family stay

The views and sunsets were beautiful! We enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was a great weekend! Very good communication with the host.

This house has it all

Our party of 6 adults and 2 teens had the BEST week at this house. Some of us chose to lounge, some fished the entire time, some kayaked or floated and swam in the lake. We explored Bristol and Johnson City for dinners. Plenty of gathering areas inside and out for all 8 of us to gather. Really appreciated the commercial fridge on the dock so we didn’t have to run back and forth to house. Areas of the dock could use some updating but nothing that would stop us from coming back or that made anything unsafe. The couple small issues we had were handled with an immediate response from host. The house was SO clean and I can usually find something to complain about in that category, but it was spotless. Cannot wait to go back!!

Fun for all!

The property was great and perfect for our group! Lower level with ping pong table was perfect for the young adults. First floor master and two additional bedrooms with a bathroom was the perfect layout. Thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom and covered patio off the master. Many conveniences provided like coffee, spices, laundry detergent, toilet paper, hand soap in the bathrooms and more! Enjoyed antiquing in Elizabethton, we were adventurous on UTV’s in Roan Mountain, visited Banner Elk, NC for lunch and Alpine coaster, and Bristol is also worth the drive. Spent lots of time on the lakefront deck fishing! Would definitely return!

Great place to stay on the lake!

We had an incredible time at this home. My husband and our two sons were able to enjoy the lake and all of the outdoor space over the fourth of July holiday. It was a beautiful location to enjoy the water, go kayaking and watch the fireworks. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the stay as well. We would highly recommend this place and will hope to come back soon.

RELAXING

Was exactly as pictured. Beautiful Views and wonderful home. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying in this area. Home has everything one would need for a family or couple visit. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck and awesome view.

Great vacation!

My daughter was playing a softball tournament in Johnson City and we decided to make it a vacation on the lake with my in-laws and nephews (8 guests total). We had a great time! The house was very well stocked with paper products, soap, laundry/dishwasher detergent, etc. House was clean, functional, and Jessica was a great communicator and took care of everything! We had a fun long weekend of softball and a great week at the lake!! We’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

Relaxing Stay

The property was as described. The water views are beautiful and the dock is huge. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the time and Jessica was flexible and accommodating.
