Dianne, I'm thrilled everything was great. I do wish we had been contacted about your issues with the AC unit not being able to keep up during your stay. This is the first time hearing this feedback. There is a fan in the bedroom closet but we also keep extras on the property we could have delivered to your unit. We will examine the AC unit to ensure it doesn't need replacement. We apologize for any discomfort during your stay. Never feel like you can't contact us during your visits at Turtle Stone Properties. We always want you to have the absolute best experience.

We are confused by this review as our property description accurately highlights the limited space of our one-bedroom unit and is described as "small but mighty". We designed it with families with multiple children in mind as we have 5 of our own. We encourage guests to assess if the space is suitable for their needs and reach out if they need advice to make that decision. The back porch, shaded by a tree, requires additional maintenance, and we provide a broom for guests to use as well as have our cleaning crew broom it off after every check out. Additionally I'll add the units on the property are completely separate with no shared space. The entrances to the cottages are on the opposite sides of the building. Yard spaces are not shared. Unfortunately, after this stay, we discovered that the rollaway cot was broken in two places, the bedroom curtain rod was bent and curtains were on the floor, and the couch cushions were wet. The recliner was also malfunctioning and wasn't closing correctly. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and are disappointed with this review especially after it required us to pay for repairs to the unit and We didn't request any further monetary payments because of the damage found after the visit.
