As advertised

We chose this property because of the location. The home and linens were clean, and the appliances we used were in working order. The host was accommodating and responded to our questions within minutes. She was friendly and went out of her way to help when we needed assistance.

Bright, colorful and comfortable

We traveled to Orange Park Florida for a stem cell procedure for my six year old grandson. This place was five minutes away and exactly what we needed for a 10, 6, and 1 year old! The back yard is awesome! The screened in porch was perfect. 30 minutes away from the ocean and in a cute little neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Weekend Stay

This was our second time booking at this property. Everything was as nice as before. Clean house and lovely decore. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick stay close to shops and restaurants.

Came into town for my Dads birthday. Perfect for just the weekend. Even though we didn’t stay there long it was very comfortable

Visiting Family

Stay during Labor Day weekend while in town visiting family. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside the house, but it was a great place to unwind during our short stay. I loved the colors and art work on the walls. Great location in Orange Park. Very close to a lot of shops, grocery store, and entertainment( I think).

Bad

Horrible experience, nice property. But I was kicked out without a refund due to something I could notcontrol. I wasn’t given a courtesy call or message, just made to leave the property with JSO present. There is also a person living in the rental property, that is not listed here so be aware while booking.

Visiting family

We were visiting family in Orange park. The house was a good place to recharge at night. It’s close to two playgrounds for children. The curtains were very good for helping to keep the privacy and the light there was a tv in every bedroom with Roku capability. The backyard was a good size but it was a tad frustrating to use because the door doesn’t open or close easily. Master bath does not have a door. Master bedroom does not get very good ac air flow but there is a fan to help. In the other bathroom I couldn’t get the bathtub to plug or get cold water to run into it for my small children’s bath so they just got showers instead. Basic body soap in bathrooms a quite a few extra amenities in the master. The kitchen was very nice with a toaster, slow cooker, regular coffee maker and a Keurig.

House is nice but should come with a warning

There is a woman that lives in part of this house. I open the door, scared her and scared myself. I firmly believe this should be mentioned in the listing. When I rent a full house I don’t expect someone else to be there. I was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the listing says they provide shampoo, basic soaps and a hair dryer. We didn’t bring that stuff assuming it would be there. It was not. Other than this the house was fine. The primarily bedroom had only a bed. Not even a nightstand. Thought that was odd.

Property Review

The house is very open, spacious, and clean. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. They provided paper towels and toilet paper, which we appreciated. The kitchen was mostly stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Property manager was quick to respond and help with our needs. All the rooms had smart TVs and were connected to Wi-Fi; however, you must use your own login information for streaming apps. Driveway parking is available. A few dressers and hangers would help increase the comfort of the place as we were living out of the suitcase the entire time with nowhere to input or hang our clothes. We eventually bought hangers. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom did not have a door. Master bedroom did not have nightstands, so no place to put our phones at night (not as pictured – no mirror or night stand). We were surprised there was another unit connected to the house with renters during our stay. We thought we had the entire house to ourselves. However, there is a locked interior door beside the kitchen. The other renters kept jiggling to try to open the door. It felt intrusive at times. I would have preferred to have a house to ourselves without other renters on the other side of an interior door connected to our rental.

Not Comfortable and Cheap

We were not at all comfortable here. It's bare bones. No side tables at sofas in the living room so you cannot rest drinks or other items. No coffee table. The door to the attached apartment is flimsy and not sound proof. You can hear full conversations. The parking for the apartment that is attached is right behind all of the bedroom windows. The water filter is in RED status which means it's after the YELLOW status of warning to change the filters in the fridge. The windows are original so all noise including conversations of people walking by and every single vehicle driving by is heard. (primary bedroom is located in the front of house) Also does not help with regulating heat/air conditioning. The blinds are cheap and do not block light coming into the bedroom. No door on the bath makes it awkward to use the small shower and toilet. You cannot let your partner sleep while getting ready. There are broken drawers in the kitchen. One drawer has a bunch of construction materials (a bunch of screwdrivers and weather stripping. The pillows are cheap and flimsy as well as the sheets and bedding. (mattresses were comfortable). We did not sleep well. The host would prefer you to call them rather than message through the app. We had to contact to get the access to the home 1.5 hours prior to check in time. We also had to contact to get the wi-fi information. The tv remote in one bedroom did not work. Streaming was buffering. Would not stay again.
