A perfect location on a quiet corner of Old Towne TC. Just steps to shops, dining, theater and waterfront. Our downtown condo is beautifully furnished and provides a respite to recharge for your Up North adventures. We adhere to cleaning protocol. 1st floor condo sleeps up to 4 with king bed and full sleeper sofa. Well-lit self key-pad entry to outer & inner condo door. ‘First come/first serve’ on-site parking. No Pets

Beautiful condo, great location and thoughtful amenities! The home was very clean, bed is comfortable and so many thoughtful ‘extras’ to make your stay amazing. Location is within walking distance to the downtown area, but just far enough as to not be surrounded by hustle-bustle of staying downtown. Definitely a ‘repeat’ destination!

The Condo was so clean and in the perfect location. Very close to downtown, but not right in the middle of all the craziness. Quiet at night, and it had all the little touches that you don’t think about, ex: extra toiletries, and a little candy bowl that was perfect after coming back after a night of drinking and eating! I would definitely stay here again.

Carrie took extra care to provide even small things like Q tips and frosted mugs in the freezer. Space was clean and comfortable, beautiful furnishings and great location within walking distance of a lot of restaurants.

The condo was Very well equipped and Carrie was excellent on check in and check out. We didn’t want to leave. Place is also in a great location to walk everywhere.

Great Location

The location of this property is great for walking to dining and shopping. The property was clean and well cared for. This is the second time I've stayed here and I highly recommend it.

The property was great! Very clean and full of amenities and other household items that came in handy. It’s in a great location that’s within walkable distance to most things downtown and having access to parking was great. Check-in and out were both super easy. Would definitely stay again and 10/10 recommend!

Everything you’ll need!

The condo was clean and so cute! Great location, walking distance to everything you need, and no worries if you forget something because the host has thought of everything and probably has it already there for you! Would definitely stay here again!

Place and location are great

The place was great. Stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. The only issue was parking which was not the owners fault but there were not enough spots to park so we had to park in the parking garage. It was 20 to park overnight.

Excellent Location

Had a great time with the family over Easter Weekend. This rental is walking distance to the main shopping and dining areas in Traverse City. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for during our stay.

We had a great time in TC! The condo was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It was in a great location, walking to restaurants. Carrie promptly responded to me when I had a question. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Charming condo

Carrie is amazing! Her condo is beautiful & literally has everything you need for a little getaway! It was so homey, inviting & relaxing! The proximity to downtown TC & so many more fun adventures is the icing on the cake. Not to mention so many cute shops to bring back treats for loved ones. My husband & I were celebrating our 13yr anniversary & will without a doubt be back!

Perfect location

The condo was clean, bright and well appointed. Our landlord responded quickly when we needed her. We love the Traverse City area and this condo is perfectly located. It’s a quick walk to downtown shopping and dining and the drives up Old Mission, and Leelanau Peninsulas are easy as is the drive around East Bay to ElkRapids, Charlevoix, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Traverse City Walkable Location

This place is very nice and extremely walkable to downtown Traverse City. We were able to get out and walk around downtown to the shops and breweries. Location is a secured building. The only drawback is the lack of free parking. The building does have this, but the ratio of spots to units is way off. The alternative is a parking garage right next door but it will come with a ~$20/day cost (~$1/hr), not terrible but something to factor in. The place itself was very clean and felt cozy with the decorations and amenities. I would highly recommend this stay to any couple visiting Traverse City. Owner is very communicative and pleasant as well!

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

The condo was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in the kitchen and bathroom were a sweet touch. It was a bright and cheery place to stay for our little trip through Traverse City, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was quick to return any communication. Parking was an issue. The parking garage option next door was very expensive. Garbage in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied before we arrived, although the rest of the place was super clean! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again if the parking can be resolved.

Great condo in great location!

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, updated and well-located. We were able to walk to everything (bars, restaurants, beach, walking trails) and host was very communicative and responsive. Would certainly stay here again.
