Newly built apartment of 64 sq m with private parking, garden, barbecue, surrounded on 3 sides by a 43 sq m swimming pool and has a beautiful bridge to enter inside. Living room - kitchen of 22 sq m, with sofa & 48'' LCD TV fully equipped. Large bedroom of 13 sq m with double bed & private bathroom of 3 sq m with shower column. Small room of 6.5 sq m with 1 bunk bed above and desk below. Small room of 6.5 sq m with 2 single bunk beds. Between the 2 small rooms there is a bathroom of 2.5 sq m with shower column.
Agamemnonos 7 is a side street of a quiet neighborhood below the main road leading to Falasarna & Balos, with little traffic, low houses where mainly families live, with shops, my photo studio, car repair shop, body shop, 2 supermarkets, body care institute, bakery, cafe, butcher, pastry shop, gift shop, bus station, car rental office, Chinese shop, etc. and a few small hotels further down towards the sea. At 200 meters is the sea and next to it is a sports complex with tennis court, basketball court & outdoor fitness equipment while at 40 meters there is a playground.
The bus station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. You come by bus from the port of Souda or from the airport to the Chania station and change bus to Kissamos. Cost approximately 9 euros. At the Kissamos terminal you will walk 70 meters to the apartment. It is not necessary to use any means of transport within the city. Everything is close! Car rental office 2 minutes away. Comfortable private parking on the ground floor and on the street

I have been running a photography shop for the last 20 years next to the building where the apartment is located. With love, taste and elegance I created a tourist apartment complex with a beautiful swimming pool for tourist concentrators and i try to make sure they have the most beautiful experiences when they leave here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The complex consists of 5 tourist apartments separated by the pool and parking. A small neighborhood! The parking is private. The pool is canal-shaped with a small bridge & sunbeds next to a garden with barbecue. I live with my family in the same building complex and work in my photo studio and am available anytime you ask. You will feel comfortable & family-like!
