Erato Apartamento en alquiler junto al mar en la isla de Creta, Grecia

30 km al oeste de Chania, la capital de la prefectura y 5 km al este de Kissamos, la capital de la provincia, en la ensenada del golfo, literalmente, en el mar, el pueblo Nopigia se encuentra, hermoso y verde.

Aquí, a pocos pasos del mar, Villa Niriides se encuentra, un pequeño complejo que consta de tres residencias de vacaciones por separado: "Thetis" de 45 metros cuadrados, "Erato" 50 metros cuadrados y "Pasithea" 110 metros cuadrados.

Tetis y Erato tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble o dos camas individuales y Pasithea tiene dos dormitorios con una cama doble y dos camas individuales. Todas las residencias tienen sofá cama para una o dos personas más, baño, sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. Todos ellos disponen de aire acondicionado y de los grandes balcones uno tiene una vista panorámica sin perturbaciones del mar.

Su visita y su estancia le dará la oportunidad de familiarizarse con nuestra hermosa isla, con su belleza natural - paisajes de encanto raro y especial, los numerosos sitios arqueológicos que conservan importantes monumentos del pasado, la intensa actividad cultural, la tradición y la cultura que se refleja en nuestras fiestas y festivales.

Todo lo anterior crea nuestro lugar un destino encantador, no sólo durante el verano, pero todo el año a través.

Yiorgos is a perfect anfitrión

Yiorgos a été parfait: fruits, café, jambon, fromage, pain , raki , eau minérale et gel douche , shampoing, crème pour la peau… et toujours prêt à faciliter notre séjour. On a eu la surprise pendant notre séjour que sa mère nous offre un excellent gâteau aux cerises et avant notre départ que Yiorgos nous fasse cadeau d’un litre d’huile d’olive de sa production et d’une bouteille de raki.Une hospitalité incroyable…on reviendra avec plaisir si nous retournons en Crète. Mille merci Yiorgos. Patricia et Jean ( couple franco/ mexicain).

Loved every minute!

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. It's with walking distance of the beach and a few really good taverns that we frequented. The hospitality of Yiorgos was phenomenal! He met us at the apartment even though it was late, around 11:30 PM local time, and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. He left us some things for breakfast which was so nice and helped us with any questions and some recommendations that we needed too. His cleaning crews were awesome; they were there every couple of days to spruce up the place. And we even got to meet his parents who were so nice and such a pleasure to talk to! We thank you for such an amazing stay, and we hope we get to come back and experience it all again someday!

Sehr erholsame Tage

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Yiorgos hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und das Wichtigste erklärt. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich bereits Getränke , Obst und ein paar Zutaten für das erste Frühstück. Alles war sehr sauber. Trotz Covid-19 haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Hausflur und Garten wurden regelmäßig geputzt und gepflegt. Es gibt eine Grillecke und genügend Sonnenliegen auf dem geminschaftlichen Rasen. Die Wohnung selber war nett eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum. Aussattung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Kommunikation klappte super. Per Handy wurden Fragen und Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet und geklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig. Der Strand ist recht steinig. Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Best host in a fantastic flat

We had 3 wonderful weeks in the Erato flat with our little one dear old. The view is amazing, the hosts friendly, fast and helpful. The beach right in front of the house is nice, but there are many beautiful beaches and sightseeing spots arround! We can definety recommend this place and hope to see Yiorgos and his team again!

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung!

Nach einem langen Anreisetag kamen wir etwas müde am Sonntag abend in Nopigia an. Yiorgos hat bereits auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Selbst der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, sodass wir sowohl ein Abendessen (incl. Raki), wie auch am nächsten Morgen das Frühstück mit leckerem Kretischen Honig auf dem herrlichen Balkon genießen konnten. Yiorgos und seine Frau waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Abschied nach 1 herrlichen Woche gab es sogar noch 1 Liter feinstes Olivenöl aus seiner eigenen Herstellung. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße Jutta u. Hartmut

Crete's Little Gem

We have just returned from our stay at the Niriides apartments and had a lovely relaxing time. The apartment is situated in the small village of Nopigia, about 45 minutes drive from Chania airport. It's well situated to explore the west of the island where there is plenty to see and the beaches amazing. The apartment itself is right on the beach and there are two Tavernas, we ate at the Fish Restaurant four times! Its' family run and would recommend the local beer they serve. The Xanthoudakis family met us on arrival at the apartment and you can see the care and attention that goes into making the apartments and it's ground immaculate. I have to praise George and his parents for this! And the little details with the flowers left with the towels, immaculate apartments and the little treats left by the cleaners. It made it very special. Thank you for making our holiday a great one and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfektes Quartier für Individualisten bei perfekten Gastgebern

Das Appartement entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung, die Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie war unbeschreiblich - der freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfang, der mit allem Notwendigen- und darüber hinaus - gefüllte Kühlschrank, eine super gepflegte Gartenanlage mit bequemen Liegen , der Putz- und Handtuchservice - und das alles bei perfektem griechischen Wetter. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ein kleines Paradies

Dieses Ferienobjekt mit all seinen drei Wohneinheiten ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Es liegt direkt am Meer und ist dabei wunderbar privat. Wir sind jeden Tag in Badesachen direkt vom Haus ins Wasser gesprungen. Wer es etwas touristischer mag, kann sich 50 Meter weiter an einem gepflegten Strand mit angrenzender gemütlicher Bar unter einen Schirm legen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und wurde auch alle drei Tage gereinigt. Familie Xanthoudakis hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und uns regelrecht verwöhnt. Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien gefüllt und sogar eine kleine Hausapotheke ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns in jedem Moment dort durchweg wohl gefühlt und vermissen schon jetzt das Rauschen des Meeres und den wundervollen Ausblick vom Balkon. Zum Glück nicht für lange, denn wir haben gleich wieder gebucht:)

The apartments were really nice. The housekeepers were really nice and took care of us.

Apartment is found in a really pretty village near the sea coats. We got a really nice welcome gift there and were pleasantly surprised. If we have the chance, we will deffinetly come back.

Herrlich!

Wir schließen uns in vollem Umfang den anderen Bewertungen an. Unsere 2 Wochen in dieser gepflegten, liebevollst ausgestatteten Wohnung waren herrlich. Für uns der ideale Ort, um uns zu entspannen, fernab von Touristenmassen. In jedem liebevollen Detail der Wohnungsausstattung und des gepflegten Gartens ist zu erkennen, dass es dem Eigentümer am Herzen liegt, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. In den vergangenen Jahren haben wir Griechenland und Kreta immer wieder positiv erlebt, doch die Gastfreundschaft und Grosszügigkeit von Ioannis und seiner Frau sind einzigartig. Der Kühlschrank erwartete uns bereits gefüllt, Olivenöl, Raki und Gemüse ( alles aus eigenem Anbau - köstlich!!) wurden permanent aufgefüllt. Danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder :-D Andrea und Alois

A wonderful, relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment, in a great location, with generous hosts.

Our holiday in this lovely apartment lived up to our best expectations. Highlights include: Instructions for finding the place were clear and led us perfectly, even in the dark The apartment was beautifully clean and comprehensively equipped. All appliances were of high quality The location in perfect for a quiet holiday but well placed for exploring the west of the island with its beautiful scenery and excellent beaches. The village has an excellent taverna 150 meters away and Kissamos town is less than 10 minutes drive away. It has a good range of shops and even a supermarket. There are also tour companies in the town who organise visits to island beauty spots. However, the ultimate highlight of our visit was the welcome and generosity of John and Maria the parents of George and our hosts for the week. Arriving quite late in the evening (about 9.30 pm) we were greeted by John who was awaiting our arrival. The apartment fridge and cupboards were well stocked with enough basics for our immediate needs so we could immediately relax. From then on John visited us frequently to provide any help or advice we might need and to shower us with generous gifts of local produce. Though only staying for a week Maria ensured that the apartment was cleaned and linen renewed twice....no wonder the apartment seemed spotless. Paradise on earth, fell in love straight away!

My partner and I arrived at night so we were surprised by the beauty of the beach and the sea when we awoke in the morning. The sea was so much closer than we thought at to wake up to that every morning watching the sunrise while sitting on the balcony was like a dream. The owners are unbelievably friendly and welcoming making our stay that much more comfortable and amazing. We were greeted on arrival by Mr Xanthoudakis who provided us with some raki and wine and with some grapes and food in the fridge, even though we had just taken a rushed detour to a local shop to make sure we had everything! The apartment is a 10 mins drive away from Kissamos where there are plenty of markets and cafés, along with shops. Apartment was cleaned roughly every 3 days by Mrs Xanthoudakis and her group of cleaners who do an absolutely fantastic job and even left us anow amazing homemade berry pie one time! We will definitely have this apartment for our annual getaway holiday for the foreseeable future!

Kretische Gastfreundschaft pur in geräumigem Appartement direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem geräumigen Appartement mit zwei Balkonen und unverstelltem Blick auf den Golf von Kissamos. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, wie wir sie bisher in Griechenland noch nicht erlebt haben. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, hat einen großen Garten mit Liegen, Kinderspielgerät und Grillplatz und das ganze direkt am Kiesstrand. Das herausragende an diesem Haus ist jedoch die Gastfreundschaft der aufmerksamen Vermieter, die den Kühlschrank bei Ankunft gefüllt hatten und sogar während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer wieder Raki und Olivenöl auffüllten, regelmäßig sehr gründlich reinigten incl. Handtuchwechsels und uns mit kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten überraschten. Der Kontakt war herzlich und unkompliziert! Fußläufig ist auch in der Nachsaison noch eine nette Fischtaverne zu erreichen, ein Auto ist jedoch ratsam. Von Nopigia aus lässt sich dann prima die West- bzw. Südwestküste in Tagestouren erkunden und das nahegelegene Kissamos ist eine wunderbare griechische Kleinstadt, in der es alles gibt, aber wohin sich nur wenige Touristen verirren. Das Haus hat 3 Appartements, so dass man auch zu mehreren Paaren bzw. Familien gut dort wohnen kann. Absolute Empfehlung für autarken Urlaub ohne Rummel!

Marvelous holidays in Nopigia

Very nice small house with well-finished private garden in front of the sea. Comfortable apartment fully equipped.....including beach towel (great surprise if travelling by plane). Two balconies to enjoy our dinners and relax ourselves. The property is very well located, it is easy to reach by car the famous Creta's beaches such as Falasarna and Elafonissi or to stay in the beach in front of the building. We really appreciated the kindness and generosity of the Xanthoudasakis family. They were always available to provide any kind of help to enjoy our holidays. At any housecleaning (every three days) they were making us a small present: a cake, a rose, a bottle of wine. Very appreciated. We felt as at our home with friends, we will came back! Nurtures your soul

We just returned from our second vacation at Niriides, the property of the Xanthoudakis family in Nopigia, Crete. We first were there in 2014, and returning in June 2016, I recalled Thomas Wolfe's prediction that "you can't go home again." Well in this instance he was wrong! The three apartments are housed in a marvelous building facing a virtually private pebble beach in the tiny village of Nopigia. The wonderful Xanthoudakis family has created an immaculate, perfectly provisioned vacation apartment in each instance, with private balconies facing the sea. The kindness and generosity of these people would be hard to exaggerate. Nopigia is adjacent to the sweet town of Kissimos where you can buy your freshly caught fish in the morning, have a coffee under sheltering awnings in the square, go to the beach at Falasarna in the afternoon, and then cook your fish in the apartment's convection oven for dinner! Or, go to one of the two great Tavernas in little Nopigia and indulge! After you've seen Knossos, and the Archeology Museum in Heracleon, and visited some of the marvelous ruins at Phaestos, Sitia, and Malia, I recommend Nopigia with its access to Falasarna, Paleochora, and Elephanisi as a one or two week restoration for body and soul.

Schönse Urlaub aller Zeiten! Beste Platz um von der Arbeitsstressss runter zu kommen. Perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand, abgeschirmt mit noch freien Grundstücken. Ruhe pur! Bei dem Gastgeber wird Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben! Man muss sich um nichts kümmern, alles ist schon da! Man nimmt nur Bikini mit und Urlaub kann beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwa 5 km Entfernung (Kissamos), Leckeres Essen in Taverna fast direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Und herzlichen Dank nochmal für tolle Geschenke!!! Splendita Vacanza

Siamo stati con mia moglie, a Nopigia, nelle proprieta' della Famiglia Xanthoudakis, e abbiamo passato una magnifica vacanza, L' appartamento è stato delizioso, non mancava nulla, era fornitissimo di ogni confort, in cucina, camera e bagno, e una splendita terrazza sul mare, oltre ad un curatissimo giardino. La Gentilezza poi, dei proprietari è stata deliziosa, curandoci ogni particolare sia nella pulizia e, portandoci anche dei dolci, fatti proprio dalla Signora... Cosa altro dire ??? Tres joli et confortable logement

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Nopigia dans l appartement Erato. Tout d abord ,très très gentil accueil par les propriétaires: un couple sympathique aux petits soins pour nous. Un logement très confortable très propre avec une jolie vue sur la mer.Beaucoup d attentions gentilles par les propriétaires pendant la semaine.Sans hésiter nous reviendrons dans ce petit paradis et nous le recommanderons autour de nous. Nopigia est situé prés de Kissamos ville agréable avec un joli musée interressant, beaucoup de bonnes tavernes et belles promenades. Vraiment de tres bonnes vacances.Merci Georges !!!!!!

The best holiday time in ERATO appartment

My family and me had rent the appartment Erato for 14 days and it was the best decision here to be made holiday. The two balconies make it possible to have a view over the sea and the nice country. The appartment was very well equipped and clean. Every 3. day fresh bed clothes, towels and small attentions took this vacation to the unforgetable experience. We felt us directly very well. Our hosts have been very friendly and looked after us affectionately. We have often taken holiday in Greece, however, at this place we have got to know the best and most affectionate people. So, we want to say: Thank you very much for the best friendly and lovely hospitality. It was a realy good holiday time. We go bag to germany with much impressions and rememberings. We can recommend everybody this appartment. Thank you very much for this restful time.

Oltre le aspettative

La casa è bellissima, rispecchia esattamente la descrizione e le foto che sono sul sito, l'indirizzo è facilissimo da trovare basta seguire le indicazioni per nopigia e girare verso "camping nopigia" in una via con qualche residence e ristorantino buono ed economico per cenare proprio sotto casa. Sin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti dal padrone di casa che ci ha affettuosamente seguito per l'intera vacanza assicurandosi quotidianamente che fosse tutto a posto. L'appartamento è stato anche fatto pulire due volte nell'arco del soggiorno e la sera dopo le pulizie abbiamo trovato una buonissima crostata fatta in casa ad aspettarci! Siamo rimasti davvero stupiti e contenti della gentilezza e generosità che ci hanno dimostrato, consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a picco sul mare che oltretutto si trova in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della costa cretese occidentale.

Erato

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön! Leider hatten wir nicht immer gutes Wetter, aber die Umgebung hat uns für die manchmal ausbleibende Sonne entschädigt! Die Vermieter waren alle sehr nett, sehr familiär und sehr zuvorkommend! Alles in allem, ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
