Villa Los Encantos es una espectacular villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños ubicada en las exuberantes colinas de Conchas Chinas. Tiene vistas al océano sin obstáculos de 180 grados, habitaciones de lujo seductoras, una piscina climatizada muy privada y una divertida decoración mexicana en todas partes.

La gran terraza de la piscina es perfecta para cenar al aire libre, entretenerse o simplemente relajarse, la piscina infinita climatizada se abre a la Bahía de Banderas de Puerto Vallarta con un patio adyacente en la jungla con otra gran terraza con varias áreas de descanso.

El servicio de limpieza y la preparación del desayuno (comida / bebida no incluida) se proporcionan todos los días excepto los domingos y feriados. Everything was wonderful. We could fully relax and enjoy this spacious and beautiful villa. The services provided were beyond expectations starting with Carmen’s delicious breakfasts followed by impeccable cleaning, Jorge’s gracious consult and advice and the many talented chefs who made served and cleaned up our delicious dinners overlooking the sea. The little boys, 2 and 3 1/2, did not want to be out of the pool. Their swimming skills improved greatly in that week in the gentle water. Watching the gorgeous sunsets from the terrace became our nightly ritual. The perfect end to our perfect days.

Don't hesitate to book this villa

An amazing villa with what I think is the best view in PV. It has character galore, is sparkling clean, comfortable and managed excellently by the concierge and Carmen, the angel who looks after you. From her breakfasts to the margaritas and guac...you can tell she wants you to have the best vacation possible. Thanks Carmen! We hope to be able to return to this beautiful spot soon.

Incredible views, great house, great location

The location and views are incredible. From that perspective, it's straight out of a movie, which, combined with the size of the house, puts you at five stars. Since it on top of the hill, you are close to everything in PV itself, but far enough from all the crowds and commotion. Now, having said that, the house isn't perfect. While it has a lot of character, great space and facilities, a lovely pool and garden, and incredible views, it could use a bit of TLC. Not all the glass doors facing balcony towards the view close properly, (The are weights you can to hold them shut), there are lots of light switches, but some don't work, and so you are having to learn which are relevant, and the shower can take a long time until hot water shows up. However, relative to everything else, these are minor items, so I would still be happy to come back. Note also that this house is on top of a hill about 400 feet from sea level. it's not too hard to walk up, but driving is on a pretty steep road if you are not used to it. However there is very little traffic going up or down the hill, so you can take your time. I also assume most people would uber. Its actually close enough to walk down to the beach or back up, assuming you are up for a 400 foot climb (or you can uber)

Another great stay!

My husband, son and I so enjoyed our second stay. The house itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a wonderful pool perfect for relaxation, but the wonderful service puts it over the top! First, we appreciated the reliable and comfortable transport from the airport (arranged by Alberto, the concierge). Next, it was a pleasure to be reunited with Carmen, who made our mornings truly special with her outstanding breakfasts featuring delicious Mexican specialties like chilaquiles, rajas de crema, and machaca.The owner, Rolf, was welcoming and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We appreciated again the concierge services of Alberto who made arrangements to have Charlie, a super warm and talented chef prepare the best chicken and shrimp fajitas we’ve ever tasted (we liked them so much that we hired him to do another dinner!). It was really memorable eating on the terrace with the pool, view of dolphins and whales, and then later an impromptu fireworks show. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

Beautiful house and quality service!

Booked this house for my Bach party and it’s such a beautiful space! We were able to get items prestocked ahead of time and premade margarita batch upon arrival. Plenty of space for 5 of us and Carmen did an amazing job cooking breakfast and keeping things tidy for us, always have pool tools on hand and such a sweetheart. We met the owner on our second day as her personally came to oversea the repair of the heated pool and was such a gentlemen. We were all sad to be leaving. Only knock is the check in process could use instructions so we know how to work the heated pool, and how to work ac without having to bother the concierge as it was not info provided upon arrival.

Wonderful!!

We loved everything about our stay at Los Encantos…from Carmen the housekeepers wonderful personality and breakfast to Justine’s help with groceries and excursions and Chef Umberto’s lovely dinners prepared for our family. Rolf, the owner, stopped by to say hello which was a nice touch to the experience. We hope to come back in the near future!!! Thank you all for such a lovely experience!

Absolutely Amazing!

Wow - 5 stars all the way! This property/ home is absolutely stunning and our experience from start to finish was better than we could have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I had the place to ourselves for one week to celebrate my 50th birthday - and actually we just got home yesterday. Yes, you might think this property is perhaps a bit big for two people - but we splurged - explored all the rooms :) and had it not been for our pre- booked excursions planned to explore PV - we might have never left the house :). From the moment we booked - everything was made easy. Check in was a breeze, communication and support flawless, meals, shopping, and dedicated staff we connected with - all on point - and btw - Carmen (our daily onsite daily hostess, morning chef, and caretaker - is one hell of a good cook! As for the location and views - you won't want to leave. Seriously... And believe me - we had a few days and nights where we didn't. :) Safe, secure, quiet, comfortable, clean, accommodating, easy in and out and to get about, romantic, accessible, and we found it had everything and more that we could possibly need. So, yes - 5 stars ! If you are considering a luxury rental - say yes to this one. We are glad we did and will return in the future. I share my (and on behalf of my boyfriend and I - "our") special thanks for accepting us into your home and for the wonderful experience we both had over the past week - and highly recommend this to anyone considering. :)

Fabulous getaway

We loved our stay at villa los encantos- i will say, this property should lead with a description of how incredible Carmen is and the view from the pool. I will say that the furniture and layout isn’t exactly baby friendly, but our little guy loved the pool. Close to town, easily accessible by Uber, and the concierge service was really helpful booking activities and doing some grocery shopping ahead of time for us. Word to the wise- customs in PVR are a nightmare right now. I wish the concierge service was more aware of this because we felt rushed once we finally go to transportation and then felt like he was rushing to leave the house for the day because the airport had us running super late. But the property itself is incredible and we love love love Carmen.

Spectacular acation

This villa is gorgeous! The view is amazing! The villa itself is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Every morning Carmen is there to greet you with a wonderful breakfast. She cleans the villa daily. She is a gem, as is Alberto, the concierge. We had a most wonderful vacation stay. Hopefully we will go back!

how luck were we!!

We can't believe we stayed in such a fabulous villa in PV. we walked to the beach and then to town. the place was so charming, comfortable and relaxing. But the best was having Carmen make our breakfast and kept the home clean. We loved her!

Wonderful Apartment - Highly Recommended

Great place, a little worn out with several lights out of order and windows that no longer close, but all that is compensated for by having an amazing housekeeper Carmen and a professional property manager. One remark is that we expected a detached home when we read the word "villa" while this is in reality an apartment above another apartment hanging off a cliff but with an amazing garden. The internet sucks - our cell phones had better internet than the WiFi.

Amazing stay

There were 5 of us staying, celebrating my 50th birthday. The condo is just as the pictures look. Breathtaking sunsets and beautiful rooms. Alberto was so helpful arranging our groceries, chef and massages. He also checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Carmen was a gem, cooked us breakfast every morning and made an afternoon snack and even margaritas a couple days. She was so friendly and and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot wait to return!

Peaceful & relaxing

We loved our stay at Villa Los Encantos! This beautiful condo overlooks the ocean high on the cliffs of Conchas Chinas. The views are breathtaking and the condo has a very upscale yet authentic feel. The large patio was ideal for hanging out and watching the sunset every night. The services of the property manager and concierge were impeccable, and of course we fell in love with Carmen the housekeeper. She is so kind and hardworking, and she gave extra special care to our youngest son. Her breakfast was so amazing we never bothered to go out for breakfast! We also had a private chef, and the rate was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again and hope you do too!

Amazing Spring Break 2023

We had the most amazing time at Villa Los Encantos. From the minute we booked our stay, I received an email to help us with all our needs including transportation to/from the airport, grocery shopping, meal plans, and even a private chef or excursions if we so desired. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is so beautiful and has the most interesting art. There are three beautiful bedrooms with huge en-suite bathrooms, the showers are humongous! Ms. Carmen made us the most amazing breakfasts every morning and kept the villa so tidy. My boys wanted her to come home with us so they could have her banana pancakes everyday! The views from the bedrooms and the veranda are amazing, we saw whales jumping every morning and the sunsets are truly magical. We would end every night stargazing. We could easily get to town for shopping or dinners using a taxi or Uber. The pool was the perfect size and temperature for day or night swims. The area is very private and quiet, you feel like you are in your own little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

Fabulous stay

Conchas Chinas is quiet, beautiful and just close enough to PV. The place is spectacular and very comfortable, we were delighted with it and the people who take care of it, especially Carmen the talented and friendly housekeeper and breakfast chef. Can’t recommend this place enough.
