Welcome to The Mulberry House created by Big Stone Development. Located off the south shore of Big Stone Lake, two blocks from Artie's Bait Shop and downtown Ortonville. This property is the ideal location for all visitors. Ample parking for ice houses, boats, etc. 3br with 1 1/2 bath, newly renovated, all new furnishings, appliances, mattresses, and linens. Large stocked kitchen including Green Pan cookware. 4 Queen and 1 Full bed. High speed wireless internet. EV charger coming soon.

This home was amazing for our needs!Everything was well cared for, well stocked, and clean throughout.The location was perfect for us (and right next to food trucks!). The parking in the back was perfect for 2 cars and a trailer - more than enough room and then some.Beds were super comfy and bedding clean.We were incredibly pleased with this house and will look to use again in the future.

Memorial weekend fishing

Had a great time, had family and fishing. Ample parking for two boats and space for all to enjoy. Plan to back again.

The best VRBO experiance to date

We were treated tike a good friend by our host. Even assisted with a forgotten purse at the VFW. On a Sunday i may add. Th facility was better than expected! Great location, Great parking beds awesome. Cant say enough We all had the very best time Already looking in to booking for this winter and again next fall. 100% WILL RECOMIND TO EVERYONE!!!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for a place to get ready before the wedding. The house was very clean and very easy for a group.of people to get ready. Would recommend fpr others to stay at.

Excellent Fishing Family Vacation

Our stay at the property was delightful. Property was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was prompt and provided tips on where to eat and fish. Would definately recommend.

Fine place and friendly owner

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, well-furnished and the gift of fresh eggs and asparagus was great. We noticed a few things that needed attention and left a note for the owner. One additional thing: I could not start the stove light below the microwave and wonder if it is operating correctly. Also, is there an exhaust fan in the kitchen? That would help with cooking odors if that is needed. We did not have that problem ourselves.

Weekend fishing trip

Golfing Trip

Located between two golf courses, the owners have done such a beautiful job on the renovation!!! Between rounds, although it was a short period of time we were in the house, we were able to relax and enjoy the full space. Seven of us slept comfortably and we will definitely keep your rental in mind the next time we are in the area. Thank you so much for the accommodations!

Small Family Vaca

We did a quick spontaneous vaca and this fit perfectly into our plans. Was a very nice small House that we thought was done up very cute. Had everything in the kitchen you would need and the host was very good at letting us know what was going on for the holiday weekend

Cute and Comfortable

Cute clean and modern house with impressive attention to all the things that make guests comfortable. We loved the comfy beds as well as the bench and cubbies by the door. Definitely would book again next time we’re in the area.

Best VRBO host ever!!! Men's ice fishing trip during tough weather. Checked in with us, even gave us tips and tackle to try as well as his GPS that had his favorite hot spots. Even though we didn't catch a lot of fish we had a fish fry as he gave us some that he had caught. Will definitely be back!
