Relaxing home near Interstate 75

Great place to stay while you visit the area for friends and family or while you are here to work. The home is just a few minutes from Interstate 75 and nearby many other points of interest including the Cincinnati Premium outlets, miami valley gaming casino, traders world flea market, treasure aisles flea market, and soo much more. Our places are super comfortable and have a 2 car garage for you to use. Other surrounding suburbs are Mason, West Chester, Middletown, and Springboro.

This pet-friendly home is great for folks needing transitional housing wile dealing with life events and changes. That`s not to say you won`t enjoy for a short stay as well! The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. The neighbors are mostly families and some have children. We are extremely close to Interstate 75 and you can easily access places like Mason, West Chester, Liberty Twp., and Middletown.

When you enter the home you walk right into the living room area that is also open to the eat-in kitchen - you`ll notice a lot of natural light shines in!

LIVING ROOM
You can watch your favorite shows on our large Roku TV while either lounging on the large and comfortable sofa or one of the two matching arm chairs.

KITCHEN
This kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker (with plenty of coffee), microwave, dishwasher and stovetop oven. The kitchen table seats six people comfortably. Since this is open to the living room, you can also enjoy the TV while sitting at the table.

LAUNDRY ROOM
This is located off the kitchen and has a small washer/ dryer combination so you may do all your laundry during your stay (we provide the detergent and dryer sheets).

BEDROOM ONE
This queen bed is located in the back of the house, which you can also open the back door and step right out on the patio. Plenty of storage in the dresser and closet, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, plus a full mirror to ensure you look your best! Of course this room is also equipped with a Roku TV.

BEDROOM TWO
This bedroom also features a queen bed, dresser, closet, and a Roku TV for the most comfortable stay!

BEDROOM THREE
Perfect for kids! This room is a bunk bed where the top is a twin size and the bottom is full size. We also equipped this room with a dresser and a Roku TV.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is located in the hallway for everyone to shower (plenty of towels are just outside the door). This a tub/shower combination.

BACK PATIO
Enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping your coffee in the morning or your wine at night. There is seating for four, plus a Gas grill.

This home can sleep seven (7), but that would be by utilizing the couch.

Guests will have complete access to the entire property. There is a 2-car attached garage. The neighborhood is small and easy to get in and out of!

Near Interstate 75 and the Cincinnati premium outlets. Close to local breweries and restaurants. There are two very large flea markets open only on the weekend that are 3 minutes away. There are also many dining, shopping, and entertainment options less than 15 minutes away.

Most guests have their own car, but Uber and Lyft is available in the area.

This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10pm to 6am.
**MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**
Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
• We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us.
• Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable).
• No smoking or vaping allowed (of any kind) inside the home.
• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
• All check-outs are promptly at 11am.
• Furniture may not be re-arranged.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them.
• Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform.
• At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required.
• Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties.
*If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count.
**Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay.
*** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price.
**** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more.
***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion).
******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am.
******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion).
******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out.
********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible.
**********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.
