You’ll have all the conveniences you’d expect in a home; small appliances, utensils, toiletries, and basic supplies. All utilities, wifi, landscaping, cleaning, etc. are solely for your enjoyment and are included in the listing. The location is and perfect for accessing the freeway and the many canyons for outdoor recreation or scenic drives, getting downtown or to expo centers for work or leisure. There's also plenty of family fun in the neighborhood. The space This is our family’s former home (not an apartment or shared). A rare find offering ultimate privacy in a great location. We are located in Cottonwood Heights, "The City Between The Canyons". These canyons are a treasure for locals to hike, bike, climb, camp, paraglide, and every outdoor activity you can imagine. We can help you find the perfect trail suited for your ability and interests. Some canyons are designated for water shed and protected from pets. Check pet restrictions in the canyons before you head out. The gourmet kitchen has a commercial Viking range with no safety features common on residential ranges. PLEASE USE CAUTION. The burners can be turned on by children, or by leaning against them. The corner lot front yard is open for play and tree lined for privacy but not fenced, so supervision of small children is required. The back yard and outbuildings are under maintenance and not yet available. The house is set up to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Please ask if you will have extra guests. We will be happy to discuss any needs you may have to make your stay enjoyable. This is a single level family space, with only two steps to enter, and features a low step in shower to aid mobility. Let us know if you have special needs so we can see if we can accomodate them. Guest access You have covered parking for 1 vehicle and plenty of additional parking on the gravel next to the driveway. We have keyless entry available and will give you your own unique code for the duration of your stay. We are nearby if you need anything. There are so many great activities nearby. Let us know what you are interested in and we can help you to find locations to make the most of your time here. This house is 1 block from the UTA bus line that connects to Trax and can get you anywhere you want to go. Let us know your destination spots and we can share transportation options with you. Other things to note We haven’t lived here for a few years. Please let us know if there is anything that is not working properly or needs our attention. We are still remodeling so you will see some flaws, like children's artwork on the white carpet and the fireplace that is not working. Also, the outbuilding are in need of repair and off limits for your safety. We will update the listing as we complete the repairs. The RV parking area is not included in the rental space so that we can access the trailers as needed. Not to worry, there is plenty of designated parking on site. The utilities, wifi, landscape, cleaning etc. are maintained for your enjoyment. We do not share the amenities and the listing price covers those costs.

Share your child's/pet's needs before booking. Use the fenced backyard at your own risk. Outbuildings are off limits and could pose a risk to safety.
RV gravel area on the east, it is not included in the rental and is off limits. Our access to trailers is needed, advance notice is not guaranteed.

I have used VRBO all over the US and this home was the best well stocked home I have ever rented. Excellent location, very comfortable beds. Excellent communication with owners. Definitely will rent again next ski season.

Guys Ski Trip
Really liked this property and perfect location 30 min from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, great open living, kitchen dining space w everything supplied for cooking meals. Nice outside sitting space w grill and a view of the mountains. Separate den/office space was great for work and taking Teams calls. Whole Foods in walking distance and plenty of places to eat near-by.

Great location and neighborhood
The house was very clean, had some nice snacks and very well stocked with towels, coffee, and paper products. The kitchen has been remodeled nicely, all new appliances, and a large washer/dryer combo. The grill and patio were a nice addition. The 'office' room in the back provided extra space to play cards and relax. The layout is a bit unconventional - it has a long hallway, two baths right next to each other, but it works great!

We definitely come back
Clean, well stocked and great location. We stayed here with our teens and loved it. 20 mins from Snowbird/Alta. Close to amenities such as grocery. House was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The hostess even left small pocket snacks such as goldfish. We appreciated that there was salt and pepper, coffee and some spices. Prompt communication from the hostess with an eagerness to please. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Utah Vacation Headquarters
I hate to give this place a great review since it will just create competition for me in the future, but the place was perfect for my family of 4 in every way. Thoughtful touches like Kleenex everywhere and nice snacks provided. Well equipped kitchen with nicer appliances and utensils than I have at home. Covered parking. Walking distance to quality stores and restaurants. Easy access to freeways to get to skiing quickly in all directions (little cottonwood canyon, snowbasin, deer valley, etc.). We will be back!
