Dog Friendly & Minutes from the Boat Marina's!
Spacious 1250 square feet on the top floor of a 2 story house that is divided into two private and separate units with a yard. Includes 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed in master, full & a twin trundle in 2nd room & a full size hide-a-bed in living room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, can have up to 7 people.
Home is powered by 33 solar panels adding up to 10KW of peak power production.
Work from home? A corner office is ready and waiting for you.
Kid and dog friendly. Treats, dog bowls and dog waste bags are provided for your pet family members.
Two Lounger chairs are in front of an electric fireplace. A great place to drink your morning coffee that is one of a kind and roasted just for us. We have it made special and it's not sold to anyone else.
The Downstairs / Basement unit is owner occupied so if you need anything please just ask. We are here for you.
You have the top unit and the front yard with the swing set. Fenced back yard is owners. If you need to BBQ we are more than willing to share ours just ask.
Movies and board games are available. No cable but every TV is internet connected and has ROKU streaming so you can bring your own log in for streaming services. TV in every room and living room.
Solar powered home and electric vehicle charging available. 50 amp outlet for a Tesla or 120v for other vehicles.
Park in the front of the house or on south side of the house in gravel driveway across from the mailboxes. You will receive a code before check in that unlocks the door.
EV outlet at end of gravel driveway on south side of house across from the mail boxes.
We live in the downstairs unit so if you need anything just let us know. Downstairs is separate from upstairs so you do not have to interact with us unless you want too.
The neighbor is in the middle of a remodel so the house and his yard are not always the greatest. A family with 3 young kids just moved in across the street with 2 young friendly, but not so well trained dogs. Current construction across from house thru 2023.
2 minutes from shopping at Costco, Fred Meyers or TJ Maxx. Our favorite hidden spot is High Life Adventures. They have a zip line course a mile down the road featuring 8 zip lines carrying you through the woods and over a lake. They also have axe throwing and an excellent restaurant for lunch.
We have a driveway on the side of the house that is perfect for parking your fishing boat, RV or Trailer. Treats, dog bowls and dog waste bags are provided for your pet family members.
