Check-in and communication were great. Home in a safe neighborhood. Convenient location. Beds clean and comfy. Adequate, but not emaculate. Floors could use a deep clean.

Great place!

Family and I came down with our cat to visit more family in Conway. The place was fantastic and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful with answering questions. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Cute little house

Very adorable little house, we enjoyed our stay! Grass needed mowed but hey it happens :) Found a few issues but Taylor was on it and thanked us for brining it to their attention! She even allowed us to extend our stay one more day! Thank you!!!

Perfectly located

We stayed in town for two nights. We have family in Cabot and Conway so we go back and forth, and this property was perfectly located! Close to shopping and lots to eat and a grocery store. The beds were comfy, I actually slept very well! At the time of our stay there wasn’t a hair dryer so bring your own just in case. Owners were very responsive and fast, will stay again!

Quaint

The home was modestly decorated but was nice for the amount of time we were there. It was conveniently located close to our destination, which was a plus! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and hot water heater was amazing. All 5 of my famliy members were able to take hot showers after a long day! The refrigerator was a little off-putting but other than that everything was nice.

Quick Sleepover

The time we spent at this house was short and sweet. During our time we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood, spaciousness of the home to accommodate my family and the easy access to the home through the lock pad and the garage was a bonus. The house temperature was pleasantly cool and the bedding was just enough comfort for the time we needed to sleepover. The showers were perfect and everything was as listed! I am so glad we made the stop and stayed here. Thanks for making things so easy!

AVC. Was way too cold. Lighting in main room poor. We couldn’t find porch light switch. Bathrooms needed a better cleaning. We enjoyed our stay with no pressing problems

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here. Safe neighborhood, quiet neighbors. We appreciated being able to use the garage, having the washer & dryer, and the owners even provided some shampoo/conditioner/soap and laundry soap. The only annoyance was the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed once people are sitting or laying in bed. They just need the deep pocket sheets and then it would be perfect! It was exactly what we were expecting for the price we paid. Highly recommend.

Family visit

Good location, close to everything. Negatives: no garage door opener; windows need shades. The sun was so bright in the morning shining through windows, it woke kids up very early. Appliances need updating. Stove cooked too high. Positives: fenced in backyard, sparsely decorated, nice big closet.

Adequate but not luxury

We were in town for my son’s graduation. We had both of our moms with us. The place served its purpose for a place to sleep. It could use a good deep cleaning. The baseboards and bathroom vent fans were covered in dust. There were sticky places on the kitchen table. The toilet in the master bath kept running off and on throughout the night. The bedding and bathroom linens are Walmart grade. No hair dryer in the master at least. The beds were platform beds but slept ok for the one night there. Communication was great and checkout procedures were very easy.

I hate giving a bad review but...

While the property looked nice online, the images were a little deceiving, to be honest. The property was not as clean as I would have liked and there were roaches and spiders crawling in and out of the drains. Definitely in need of pest control. I barely slept a wink!! There were no plugs for the drain so I used a cloth to ensure nothing crawled out. The shower in the master bedroom also did not work.

Adequate

The property met the basic requirements, and it was clear someone took the time and the effort to make the house attractive. The neighborhood seemed safe. Lots of dog owners We will not return however. The beds appeared new but were so uncomfortable we got very little sleep. In desperation the hard floor was better. The kitchen was strange. The freezer had not been defrosted or cleaned in some time. Many refrigerator shelves were missing (none in the door) and some of the remaining ones were broken. Food stayed cold or frozen so I suppose that's adequate. The dishwasher door was broken. The oven was dirty. The owner was alerted to some of these issues and responded immediately with apologies and promises to fix these. Perhaps improvements will be in place before the next rental.
