Located in the heart of downtown Conway, the Cottage on College is nothing less than a cozy & unique experience.

The recently renovated 1937 home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Enjoy the sun or shade in the large fenced-in backyard.

This Cottage is a 4 minute walk to Central Baptist College and within a 6 minute drive to UCA, Hendrix, 2 hospitals, sports complexes, parks, walk/bike trails, shopping and Conway's vibrant downtown.

The Cottage was once known as 'the home of Conway's Fortune Teller'. We have incorporated bits of 'fortune teller' vibes throughout the home. The space boasts original (refinished) hardwood floors, a cast-iron claw foot tub and mostly original doors, windows, trim & hardware.

Cute and cozy bungalow

I really enjoyed this house. It was one of only a few pet friendly listings so I didn't have many choices so I was nervous. But it was super clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown and the colleges. The host was responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

Conway 4th of July trip

The accommodations were terrific. The house had plenty of room was very clean and having a fenced in yard for our fur babies was great. I loved staying in a historic home that has been remodeled but still has a lot of the original feel of the home. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our needs!

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend of our 20th college reunion, and it was perfect for our needs - a little place to relax and catch up on 20 years of memories and stories! The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless. Shelby was a communicative and gracious host. The home was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy! Can’t wait to stay there again for our next reunion ;)

Wonderful House in the best area!

We visited Conway for our nieces college graduation from Hendrix. We had never visited the city before and were pleasantly surprised at the perfect location of this house. We ate every meal downtown and had a wonderful time. This house was the most beautifully decorated VRBO we have ever stayed at! Every nook and cranny was thoughtfully put together. If we ever return to Conway, we know where we will stay!

Cozy, Comfortable, Eclectic House

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Shelby was very easy to reach and answer any questions we had. The house was charming, clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable with the most sumptuous blankets and sheets. Sleeping was a dream. Our dogs loved the large fully enclosed back yard. It was conviently located to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking for a nice affordable rental in Conway.

Perfect for us

My 2 teenage daughters and I, as well as our 2 dogs spent 3 nights while in town for my older daughter to visit Hendrix on a college tour. We were blown away at how cute the property is. You can tell they have tried to think of every detail. It is roomy, convenient, and the beds are super comfortable. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard. If my daughter chooses Hendrix, I can definitely see us staying here multiple times over the next few years. I highly recommend!!

Family wedding

Great location for all our weekend Wedding activities. The home was immaculate and well appointed. Check in was effortless and Shelby was SUPER responsive when we reached out to her! The home was perfect for our 3-generation needs. We appreciated the history of the home and the updating was perfect. We didn’t require cooking, but the kitchen was supplied with all you would need! Our grandson loved the storm cellar in the back yard w/the weighted opener. He thought it looked like a bunker😎 Thank you for sharing your home with our family‼️

Happy Place

We stayed in this home during our visit to Conway was for a celebration of life for a friend who passed way too young from ALS. What does that have to do with a Vrbo review? Our friend loved to spread sunshine and happiness, helping others, and positivity. She loved children and wrote amazing stories. If I could put that into a house, this house would be the perfect house to represent the love my friend put into the world. From the Be Happy sign near the front door to the sunshine rug in the kitchen, it was so comforting to be surrounded by little things that reminded me of her. It’s such a cozy, happy little house. I slept in the first bedroom by the door and found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. The couch in the living room hugs you with softness when you sink into it. The kid-themed room has squishmallows to keep the kids company. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. My house is from the same era and I adored the little vintage touches. We didn’t need anything extra while we were there, but whenever I checked in and out with Shelby, her replies were within minutes and I 100% believe she would have helped us with anything we needed. There is a huge backyard for kids or dogs, the house has so much charm everywhere, and I loved reading about the history. Also, the cat mug was my favorite. This house was wonderful and I would book this house over and over again. Thank you for the sunshine Shelby. :)
