Pool can be fully fenced for the protection of little ones. The gym space includes Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread, Tonal smart gym, free weights and yoga mats.

BEDROOMS
There are 5 bedrooms each with private bathrooms, premium Four Seasons bedding, large closets, HDTVs, ceiling fans and more. The primary bedroom has a spacious sitting area and spa-like bathroom, views of Camelback Mountain, and direct pool/patio access. One guest suite has a large desk and office chair. There is a Queen sleeper sofa if an extra sleeping space is needed.

A newly updated kitchen fully equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances invites meal preparation of all sizes. Small appliances include a Wolf drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, Wolf toaster, mixer, crockpot, waffle maker, griddle, rice cooker and more! Children's dinnerware is stocked for our littlest guests.

LOCATION
Located in the heart of Paradise Valley just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale shopping, dining and entertainment, surrounded by world-class spas and excellent golf courses in all directions, and around the corner from the Echo Canyon trailhead on Camelback Mountain. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) airport is 15 minutes away; Scottsdale Municipal (SDL) airport is 20 minutes away.

RESTAURANTS
There are countless excellent eateries within 5-10 minutes of the home. Here are some of our favorites: The Henry, Steak 44, Chelsea's Kitchen, Flower Child, Fat Ox, Sumo Maya, El Chorro, Lon's at the Hermosa Inn, Elements at Sanctuary Resort, Prado at Omni Resort, Rita's Cantina at Camelback Inn.

POOL HEATING: Pool heating is recommended between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to swim comfortably and is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
