Howdy! This lake-view home is bringing a bit of Nashville to Lake Harmony with its newly remodeled Pocono honky tonk! The Harmony Honky Tonk is packed with modern country vibes for y’all. Dance and sing on our karaoke stage while others enjoy the large record bar and Nashville wings selfie wall! Or, step outside to the wrap-around deck for seasonal lake views, a large outdoor fire pit, and a hot tub for 7.

As you enter the main floor of the home, you will be welcomed by an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Relax and enjoy a game or movie on the 55-inch smart TV, surrounded by comfortable seating. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there's seating for four at the kitchen island or six at the dining table. Take in the view of the lake through the slider doors while you dine.

Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, as well as two additional bedrooms. One has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a bunk bed with a twin over full. The full bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a rain shower and stunning marble tile.

Take the beautiful wrought iron spiral stairs down to the basement "honky tonk" level, where all the fun happens. The large granite bar with a Country Music Hall of Fame-inspired record wall is the perfect place to enjoy some Tennessee whiskey as you 'holler and swaller'. Warm up your vocal cords for some karaoke fun on the Music City stage. If you're in the mood to watch the Preds (or Flyers game;-), you can kick back on the huge leather sectional and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV. Don't forget to take a photo in front of the Nashville wings wall.

The basement also includes a second full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and slider doors leading to the hot tub, backyard, and firepit.

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck for more dining and lounge seating, including built-in benches, where you can sip on a Bushwacker and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Honky Tonk as well as the outdoor fire pit next to the home. We ask guests to please respect nature, wildlife, and the surrounding landscape of the beautiful Lake Harmony and Big Boulder. The driveway fits 7 cars in total.

Lake Harmony is just a few minutes’ stroll away from the home. This private lake permits:

⇢ paddle boarding

Our private Lake Harmony boasts a community beach that has:
⇢ swimming area
⇢ picnic tables
⇢ beach volleyball
⇢ tennis courts

⇢ nightclub
⇢ cafes
⇢ bars
⇢ shops

⇢ country store

HOUSE RULES:

✷ Haromy Honky Tonk is a carefully designed experience for guests from near and far. While we encourage our guests to have an amazing time with some good ol' friendly fun, this is not a party house to mistreat. It is expected that you will enjoy the home with respect and care so that future guests can continue to delight in this unique vacation home adventure.

✷ The home is 2 levels connected by a spiral staircase. If you choose not to use the spiral staircase, you can access the lower level by way of the slider doors outback.

✷ Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home but outside is OK and a receptacle is provided on the deck and in the driveway. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$500 depending on if there is damage.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

✷ There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past the 10am check-out time.

✷ A hot tub fee of $100 if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating. Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be deducted from the security deposit depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Take all trash out, place it in the bear bins, and latch closed. Charges will be incurred if the door is not latched and animals get into the trash.

✷ We require guests to be 23 years of age to rent and stay in the cabin. We reserve the right to see a government-issued ID.

✷ Major holidays such as MLK, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day require a 3-night minimum stay.

✷ Any fines or fees incurred from the township and/or the HOA during your stay will be the Guests responsibility.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 11 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom).

✷ Beach towels and hot tub towels/bathrobes are NOT provided. BYOT

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- A $300.00 security deposit will be applied after your reservation is confirmed and refunded after checkout and the home has been inspected for damage/extra cleaning etc.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when outside the home.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.
