My husband David and I are from a Chicago, IL suburb and we are parents to 6 adult children and 6 grandchildren (so far). We didn't travel much when our kids were young, but we started to travel a bit after our youngest went off to college. We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a few years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. My husband was nearing retirement and we hoped to start spending even more time in Florida, so we decided to start looking for our own piece of paradise!
We looked for a condo on the beach that would suit our needs, but would also make a good rental property. We finally found this gem in April 2019! We remodeled the unit to update the decor and to make it more comfortable and better able to suit the needs of different rental groups.
After COVID hit, we decided to add a home in the Naples Park area to our portfolio. We found this remodeled bungalow that is less than a mile from the beach and purchased it in October 2020. Again, we set it up to accommodate either families, several couples, or multi-generation families.
We added a third property - another Naples Park bungalow - in October 2021 and remodeled it to bring it up to our rental standards.
We hope you love spending time at our homes as much as we do!

We are thrilled to have an end unit that faces Southwest. We can watch the sunrises and magnificent sunsets from the different lanais in the condo. We are just steps away from Vanderbilt Beach; one of the most highly rated beaches in Florida, with it's sugar white sand. We are close to the airport and some of the best shopping and dining in Naples!
