A 5-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on the Big Island, Anaehoomalu Bay, with pristine sand, snorkeling and other water activities where you will frequently see sea turtles and catch glimpses of whales in the distance. Also within walking distance of the Kings Shops, and a bit further, the Queen's MarketPlace where you'll find restaurants, galleries, groceries, shops, and entertainment.

There are gas grills and a covered pavilion available for your use. A business office and private parking space just outside your unit add to the convenience. For golf enthusiasts, you'll find the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Course right next door and the Waikoloa Kings Course just a short walk from there. You can also walk to the Marriott and Hilton hotels for more activities, dining and entertainment.

This gated community is safe and quiet, and the sidewalks in the area have gentle lighting to make after-dinner strolls easy to navigate at night. The complex has a beautiful workout room and child-safe heated salt-water pool that is also great for swimming laps or relaxing in one of two hot tub/whirlpools.
