Una hermosa casa de campo de Carolina escondida en The Currituck Club, Serendipity es un retiro familiar perfecto para 12 personas. Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y boscoso a una corta distancia a pie, en bicicleta o en tranvía hasta el acceso a la playa. Las brisas del océano y del sonido lo pueden encontrar disfrutando de los rockeros en el porche delantero o en la comodidad del gran porche trasero con mosquitero que da a una piscina espaciosa, de 16 'x 32'.

NIVEL DE ENTRADA:
El porche delantero tiene muebles y columpios. Medio baño, sala de lavandería, cocina, despensa, gran sala con TV / DVD de pantalla plana y área de comedor con mesa de tamaño completo (asientos 8) y acceso al porche cubierto. Zona de bar con mini nevera. King Master Suite con TV de pantalla plana y baño con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha y lavabo doble. Tome 3 pasos cortos hacia otra King Master Suite en el área de juego con TV y baño con ducha.

NIVEL SUPERIOR:
Área de descanso en el desván con sofá cama y balcón privado. Pyramid Bunk with Trundle tiene acceso a la cubierta y comparte un baño con King Bedroom que cuenta con TV de pantalla plana y balcón privado. Dormitorio de la reina con TV tiene acceso al baño de pasillo con ducha.

EXTRAS:
El área de juego cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y sistema estéreo. Las comodidades exteriores incluyen una piscina privada, jacuzzi para 6 personas, ducha exterior, patio con muebles, mesas y sombrilla y parrilla a gas. Great location

Wonderful family friendly property, our boys loved the enormous pool and hot tub. Very close to beach, we rented a golf cart to get around and it was well worth it. Beach was a 5 minute drive, plenty of golf cart parking.. Extremely happy with Currituck Club community. Happy with check in and check out, friendly and responsive to us.

Serendipity Stay

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family with all the amenities. Paramount was terrific to deal with and very responsive to any needs we had. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental to reach out to Paramount.

Wonderful house for a large family!

We had 5 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect for us. Love the screened in porch overlooking the pool and the pool is great. The house had everything you need and then some. We hope to be back soon!

OBX Family Trip

It was great. I do recommend blinds in the family room and kitchen for privacy of the guests. Also, the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and such was not working.

Just the basics

The house is very nice. The fridge could have been cleaner. Nice pool with good selection of floats. We did have to buy quiye a bit of basics. I've never stayed in a rental that didn't have laundry supplies, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper and even hand soap. Very small towels and none provided for the half bath.

Family Vacation 2020

It was our first time to this area and we all loved it. Everyone was able to relax and just hang out. Loved the big open kitchen into the dining and living room. The bedrooms were all good size and nice bathrooms. Our only note to the management company would be the unit could use some more detailed cleaning. Hosing off the patios, picking up trash around the pool, making sure the dishes and appliances (coffee maker,blender) are clean.

Pool was the hit of the week, especially since the temps were in the upper 90's and low 100's. Transportation to the beach was convenient. Management stopped by on 2nd day and immediately took care of one issue regarding the pool light not working. Would go again and stay in the same place. Great area!! Lots to do.

Beautiful area!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location with our 4 preschoolers. Renting the electric cart was perfect (do 2-3 months ahead for LSV with seat belts, golf carts have no seat belts for the young ones). The 3 king suites were great! The virtual tour does not show the one over the converted game room. Close to beach and we could park right at the beach with our electric cart. Maintenance came right away to straighten out cloudy hot tub. Great screened porch. Kitchen well stocked. We took our own slow cooker. House had toys and some pool float equipment. Currituck Club is lovely, private and safe. Harris Teeter and ice cream place at entrance. Skip any early entrance fee unless you know the situation and can get there on time. Traffic crawls on exchange days. We had a great time there but spent most of our time in Currituck Club area. Takes a while to drive south to other sights. Thank you Paramount Destinations!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house that was kid friendly. Kids had a blast at the pool and we enjoyed the space inside (especially during rainy parts of our vacation). When we come back, we would stay here again, but will need to utilize different transportation to the beach (e.g. golf cart rental or trolly... we drove).

Even though certain things were closed, we were still able to social distance at the beach and at the private pool. House was great just had a lot of bugs and the cleaning was minimal. We ended up cleaning before we unloaded.

Currituck Club Joy

Our family vacation was an amazing experience at Currituck Club in Corolla, NC. Area was clean, quiet, and charming. Our home was gorgeous, every detail was amazing. This home had quality and style everywhere, from the furnishings to the dishes. This pool was one of the largest we noticed in our area. We had hours of fun swimming in the pool and enjoying the pool deck and screened-in porch. Our walks to the beach were pleasant and the trolley service was great amenity. I would highly recommend this home, pool, and neighborhood for family vacations.

Serendipity made Our Family Vacation more enjoyable

Beautiful home, very spacious rooms and tastefully decorated. Absolutely loved the pool. The hot tub was a little disappointing, had only one jet that worked. Screened back porch was nice for watching pool activity and also to sit out on at night & relax. The outside lights above "garage door" on corner and on each side did not work, so wasn't light for driveway area at night when going to or coming from cars or taking out garbage. Plenty of space for parking in driveway. Liked that Trolley picked us up at end of driveway to go to beach. Very nice community. Overall was very pleased with this rental house. Our Family had a great time!!

The house is amazing, the beach was crowded and water was cold!

First things first: the house is a gem. It gets 5 stars. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, and many wonderful surprising spaces. The pool is far bigger than it looks on the pictures. The back covered porch overlooks it and was a wonderful place for grandparents and children meals and conversations. The club provided good opportunities for us to play basketball and volleyball. The beach was packed with people. It gets 2-3 stars. And the water hovered between 71-76 degrees. If that works for you, good. For me, anything under 75F in a beach is freezing. Waves were strong but the lifeguard was always present and provided great details about riptides and H2O conditions.

Exceeded expectations and pictures online

Great layout for socializing. Nice pool/hot tub. Screened in porch was nice to keep an eye on the kids while swimming. Bedrooms more than accommodated our party of ten with a mix of two sets of parents, grandmother, teens and small kids. We felt we could have fit another family with us. Place was clean and well organized. Beautiful hardwood floors on main living area. The gated community was also a plus. The trolley was just as convenient as driving to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Our only bad experience was with the pool guy. Showed up after we checked in and made everyone wait to get into the pool. Was rude both times we had to deal with him. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. We had a great week. Download the app for the rental. Really makes life easy.

The kitchen was bright & roomy. Was disappointed there were no beach bikes available but was happy to find the rental company right down the street. The basement/game room was a huge hit, along with the pool & hot tub. The "Surf Shack" beach access was a treat. Was very pleased to find reasonable prices & quality food/drink. We would highly recommend Serendipity & Paramount Properties.
