Enjoy easy access to several major roadways, which makes traveling around the city quite convenient. Walt Disney World and all of its magical, must-visit attractions are eight and a half miles away. A short drive will take you to Lake Toho and several lakes offering fishing, golfing, and dining. Other must-visit attractions include SeaWorld (10 miles), Universal Studios (15 miles), International Airport (20 miles), and downtown Orlando (21 miles).

This splendid home has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate relaxation spot! The star though has to be the screened outdoor pool with a pool hoist. It's perfect for cooling down during the warm summer months and a great way to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Spend endless hours splashing in the water with the kiddos while the grilling master prepares delicious burgers in the gas BBQ. The poolside patio boasts an outdoor dining table, ideal for alfresco meals and cookouts!

Inside, the air-conditioned great room is the perfect gathering spot. Curl up on the sofa and stream a favorite show on the smart TV with built-in surround sound. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the beautiful kitchen, complete with granite countertops, an oversize breakfast bar, a full-height backsplash, and all stainless steel appliances. The home also features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
