The view is beautiful and it was peaceful
We had an amazing stay! Definitely pictures don't do justice. The view is beautiful and it was peaceful. We spent most of the time in the pool and spa, which was so relaxing. They were flexible with our check in time, which we appreciate. Always responded my messages with any questions. The house smelled so good when we walked in. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I loved the kitchen and living room because you had the best outdoor views. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come again!! Thank you 😊

Beautiful setting. Warm pool ideal for my grandchildren who swam from 6:00am onwards.
Easy driving to La Quinta and shopping. Very quiet area. Great for little ones to bike ride, swim and play. Comfortable.

Yes, some minor things in the house could use an upgrade. We didn't care. The location was great. The pool was great. The view was beyond great. And importantly, Shevy the host was super responsive when the inevitable question came up. Highly recommend him as a host.

Needs Help!
The house could be nice, but we had these issues and concerns to deal with:-The house had a great view, but the windows hadn't been cleaned in a while. Somebody hose them down and never wiped them off.. So, I cleaned them myself!!There were ants in three rooms.In one of the bathrooms the shower had a broken glass shower door that have not yet been replaced.Not enough utensils, unless you wash them twice daily42 rolls of toilet paper and only one roll of paper towel towels.The barbecue is very deterioratedThe refrigerator on the barbecue island does not work.A piece of metal art fell from the wall at 3am.The pool light in the spa does not workNot a sharp knife in the houseNot a sponge in the house.No Vacuum! There was a newer vacuum in a box, but not put it together because of no tools at the house.The water pressure in the master shower is terrible due to dirty shower head!

Cleanliness of windows: We regret that the windows were not in pristine condition upon your arrival. This has been communicated to our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again.
Ants in the house: We take pest control seriously, we sent out our pest control and addressed the issue that was brought to our attention a week into your stay.
There was a shower curtain in place instead of a door. The replacement door has been ordered, and we're expediting its installation.
Utensils and kitchen essentials: We’re sorry for the shortage of utensils and supplies. We’ve taken note and will ensure the house is better stocked in the future.
Paper products: While we provide an initial supply, we understand more paper towels would have been helpful. We’ll ensure better communication about this in our listing.
Barbecue and refrigerator: We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are arranging for both items to be repaired or replaced.
Falling wall art: This is concerning, and we will inspect and secure all decorative items to prevent this from happening again.
Pool spa light and water pressure: These maintenance issues are now on our urgent list to resolve.
Missing tools and cleaning items: We’ll make sure a fully assembled vacuum, sponges, and sharp knives are readily available going forward

Great location - better communication needed from property management and house needs some TLC
We rec'd a lot of communication prior to our visit and was told about all of the TPC "rules". We did pay extra for the spa to be heated. On the first day, we couldn't figure out how to heat the spa and the property manager texted that we needed to download an app to control this. I tried to download the app and when I asked for clarification from the PM, I did not receive a response.
It doesn't seem like the PM comes to check on the property very often. The ice maker in the fridge and the one in the bar area don't work. The backyard needs a lot of clean up. The BBQ area is in poor shape and is missing nobs. There are hoses and pipes laying around and could be safety hazards. The patio furniture is coming apart in some places. While we were there, the landscapers showed up at 7am and were working in the courtyard between the casita and the first bedroom. Then we were sitting outside and the pool guy shows up. It would have been nice to know that these people were going to arrive that day.
When we did contact the PM about a light being out and a weird smell in the kitchen, he did have someone come by the 2nd morning we were there.
I was really disappointed in the lack of communication and how the backyard looks. This is a nice property on a nice golf course and it should be in better condition. I won't rent another VRBO from this property management company.

The air condidtioning did not work properly and there were not screens on windows nor did the fan work in the bunkroom. We were able to get the air fixed but unable to get fan working or screens on the windows. The outdoor "kitchen" was not as advertised. The refrigerator on the island was broken and filthy inside. We had to call for several maintaince issues for things to be fixed and cleaned. The view is incredible, however, I would not return to this property. Overall the condition of the house was not good.
