The Bearadise Lodge is a beautiful property. The backyard has cornhole, horseshoes, and a swingset. Most importantly, it has air conditioning, which is hard to come by in Mt. Shasta. Everything was perfect!

Great ski trip base

Really well appointed house, clean and welcoming with interests for the whole family! Awesome proximity to Shasta ski as well - perfect for our weekend ski trip!

2 tickets to Bearadise

This property has a great location if u are visiting Mt. Shasta ski resort or siskiyou lake area. The views are spectacular around town. The house is great with everything u need. We were impressed with the local food restaurants. A burger from Drizzle is a must! Burney falls is an hr away and worth the drive. Mc cloud falls was about 20 mins up the road. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.We recommend this hs if u need a place near shasta. Way better than a hotel. Backyard was nice too. We had deer come in the backyard while we were there

Wonderful Home

Had a great experience overall! Property owner was positive, accommodating, and was great with communication. Home was clean, easy to access and had pretty much everything you need for any length of stay. Our stay was in the Winter, close to Mt Shasta, easy drive. I plan to return in the Summer to enjoy all the area has to offer!

Ski weekend & family time

We enjoyed a great long weekend with our daughter, son in law & grandson; all a id skiers. The location was a short drive to the slopes in one direction & downtown in the other. The house was pristine & very well stocked. We’re definitely planning to return next year!

Perfect Weekend

Bearadise Lodge was the perfect rental for 2 families on a ski weekend. Check in process was easy, location was great (15 min from Shasta Ski Park). We had plenty of room for everyone. I loved that all the kids had a room to themselves and the adults had king beds. A serious plus! Thank you Whitney for being a great host. Can't wait to come back next year.

A beautiful retreat in the shasta mountains! Close to hedge creek and small local town. Everything else is a 30 minute or less drive. I will be back for sure! Whitney was very accommodating with allowing my mothers esa dog as well which was so appreciated and made this trip stress free and memorable.

Very Clean, Modern & Comfortable Home

Excellent location just off the freeway with five min drive to downtown Shasta City, or just up the road is the Ski Park and Macleod. Whitney was wonderful at communicating and gave great recommendations for places to find snow and things to do. The house was immaculate & clean, and all the kitchen dishes, pots & pans, etc. were very nice. Loved the griddle for making pancakes! Nice big yard with plenty of space. Side note for those sensitive to noise - you can slightly hear the freeway from this location. It didn't bother us and we thought the location was lovely and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Hello! I'm your host, Whitney! I am a mother of three active daughters and a wife to my handy husband Bobby, and we LOVE Mount Shasta! We spend as much time there as possible now, but plan on moving there in the near future. I have experience hosting in Napa and Bodega Bay, and now we are proud to offer this slice of heaven in Mount Shasta!

This property is so fun! The amount of activities available at the house, plus the proximity to Lake Siskiyou, Mount Shasta Ski Park, Snowman's Hill, McCloud Falls, Castle Lake (and Heart Lake from there!), Downtown Mount Shasta, Dunsmuir, McCloud, and Weed. No matter the season, there is so much to do! If you ride dirt bikes or are a hardcore mountain biker - there is a trailhead at the end of OUR road that will take you from our house to McCloud Falls on a maintained dirt trail! Not to miss for those up for it! If you ski/snowboard, the turnoff for the Ski Park is only 6 miles from the house! If you don't ski/board they offer tubing which is super fun as well! Lake Siskiyou is the perfect place to go on a warm sunny day - pack a picnic from Mount Shasta Supermarket (best deli sandwiches in town), and bring something to float on. There is something about floating on that lake while looking up at the snow capped mountain that is just magical.
