This waterfront cottage is small luxurious & cozy. It sits on Blue Bill Cove in Portsmouth, R.I. If you like boating, swimming, kayaking, jet ski or just relaxing. This is Island living at its best. This adorable cottage has been completely re-done in 2023 & designed to mimic a large luxurious hotel Suite, with great waterfront views. It is Equipped with a beautiful kitchen, including dishwasher, wine rack, stainless appliances and 4 person Island with 4 stools and quartz counter tops, Sea glass bath splash & washer & dryer. Open concept living overlooking the water. It has a queen size murphy bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Closet & storage for clothing. A large 65 inch smart television on the wall that can be watched from all area's of the room. ( App Based only & wifi provided) Living room area has a couch that can also be turned into full size bed or two trundles for a 3rd guest. Bathroom has stand up shower, full size vanity with lighted make-up mirror . Full length mirrored medicine cabinet on the back of the door to store your personal items. Front porch has two hanging swings which makes a great spot to read a book or just relax with a glass of wine. Large water view deck overlooks the cove & is equipped with a Lounge area to relax. Deck has gas grill, & dining table for two. Kitchen includes all the basic supplies and essential equipment to make your special dinner. The cottage has heat & air, ceiling fan & lots of lighting. The home overlooks Blue Bill Cove , very close to many waterfront communities and walking distance to restaurants & beach area. For those of you that want to rent a boat or tow your own, a mooring or dock space, private chef & jet ski rental can be available upon request for an additional Cost. This location is ideal to visit many popular areas, such as Bristol RI, Boston, Cape Cod & Newport, R.I.. If your interest is museums, hiking, kayaking, dining, live music, boating , swimming or just relaxing & soaking up the sun this is the place for you.

A beautiful retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was sparkling clean, we had beautiful bouquets of flowers waiting for us, it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view is stunning and we enjoyed a fabulous weekend away! Perfect for a girls' trip!

Very relaxing

Our location and accommodations were perfect. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night! Christina is wonderful and always available with answers to questions. Her place was immaculate and highly recommend. Awesome place to relax and enjoy the seaside.

Great weekend getaway!

Great place for a weekend getaway or a whole week of shoreline activities. The cottage was nicely decorated with all of the amenities needed. Located in a shoreline community with restaurants and water activities just a short walk away or take a quick twenty-minute ride to all of Newport's attractions. The cottage was super clean, and the host was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this location.

Get away in Portsmouth/Newport area

We arrived to a well apportioned, clean cottage. The view is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited with our friends on their sailboat and did the mansions and cliff walk in Newport. The house is in a great location to access all inclusive of restaurants. We would definitely return for another visit to this beautiful home.

Thank you, Christina, for sharing your lovely cottage. Exactly as pictured. Beautiful deck overlooking a quiet cove - perfect for enjoying a cold drink and a good book. Bed very comfortable. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Place with the Most Gracious Host

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Coastal Retreat, and Christina was the most gracious host who didn’t miss a beat from the very beginning of our stay! Her place was impeccable with stunning design and views with everything you would ever need to make your stay relaxed and perfect! Christina also provided information about various places and events throughout the week (which we did most of them!) to make our stay even more enjoyable! Coastal Retreat is so centrally located that it was very easy to take day trips to Newport, Bristol, Westerly, etc., for example. We highly recommend Coastal Retreat to anyone and hope to be able to return next summer!
